Lot of bugs in the new version, it tooks more time to get the response, and the UI hangs itself and asks us to close this app. New version is not fluid, very slow, consumes lot of memory and energy. I am having Honor view 10, one of the recent model with good processor, 6GB RAM etc, but still this app blocks and my phone starts to heat more. All other apps are working fine and fluid, I don't wanna use this app.

New version is horrifying ! Full background fill with the map, what we do by this map if it is not useful? Can't find the nearest station! Shown all stations symbol in background map click and click then you may be find you desired destination. What a hell, there is no search option in the main menu (you can get it when you click any station its pops up) for find the station! Who is behind of this apps design? My rating is - (minus)100.

I cannot use the app, it says "It looks like you're offline" but the phone is online, both wifi and data! Please correct bug. Xiaomi POCO F2 Pro here.

It used to work... The app won't let me buy tickets anymore. I have no need for a navigo pass but liked the feature of being able to buy 10 tickets to keep on my phone when I needed them and not have to worry about carrying paper. Plus it's better for the environnement. Unfortunately it's been several days now that I haven't been able to charge my phone and buy new tickets. I guess it's back to paper

Can't buy tickets but journey planning is fine. But TBH buying tickets using the machine at the station is very straightforward so no probs, great app.

Endless reviews by people with new and up to date phones being told their phone is incompatible, and every response here is "Le service d’achat de titre de transport intégré dans l’application Bonjour RATP est proposé par Ile-de-France Mobilités. Je vous invite à 📞 le service client d'IDFM" ... Not good enough! Please don't copy and paste the same reply here, why not try actually being helpful?

Fabulous, easy to understand routes for metro, bus and night service. You can buy tickets through the app as well.

Doesn't provide an option to buy tickets online, says my phone is not compatible. I am using a new state of the art phone: Pixel 5. If it doesn't work for this phone, I wonder which phones will it work for.

Much to like - journey planner, maps but useless to buy tickets. My phone is allegedly incompatible to pay directly and when I try to load my Navigo card, the redirect to my bank app to confirm the payment fails every time.

Impossible to buy tickets online (despite having an absolutely compatible phone), and even if possible you need two apps. Time for Paris to ditch homemade solutions, speak with some other European capitals and finally join the 21st century. The only easy thing to do with this abomination of an app is to delete one's account.

RER costs a little more than normal metro to La Defense. For people using the metro for the fist time and getting onto the RER instead of the metro get fined because the same station La Defense for metro and RER apparently lie in different zones.... stated nowhere neither on the app or map. I literally have to emphasize the word "same". It says on the small ticket (in font size 4), that RER is only valid for Paris zone, but nowhere was stated that La Defense is a different zone. Unacceptable

Requires a ton of permissions, including access to may contact list. I had it installed 'just in case' I needed if for an transfer in Paris, but luckily never had to start it. Removing it again and will never use it if it does not limit permissions. Local subway signage is sufficient.

I'm surprised n impressed of how good this app is for a public service app! Honestly fantastic job to the developer with all the features and informative UI/UX. I'm taking away 1 star because at times it doesn't show routes through rer C D, E or H or N which could be much shorter. I understand those trains are belong to sncf but it could be nice if they show that we can use a combination of ratp n sncf to reach a certain destination rather than encircling us around just with ratp service.

Great app, which I use primarily to renew my monthly Navigo pass. It would be convenient to save a credit card to avoid having to retype it's numbers every time a purchase is made though.

Great tool for choosing how to get from point A to B in Paris. Especially when you're in the middle of nowhere and wondering where the next bus stop or Métro station is.

Not bad, but you need to swim in the river if you are on an island! the app recommends you to take the next station on the other side, totally ignoring the roads... And if there is a problem anywhere, it's impossible to send an alert. We have gps, time, photo, but no, Ratp is perfect and don't need feedback. Thanks dev team for the response!

I appreciate the effort of changing the interface. but you have forgotten a very useful feature. With the old version we can see all schedules of all buses and trains. This is missing in the new version. As a daily user of the app, i must say that this affected me so much. Please give it a thought

the new interface looks like uber. I used this application today, and I was lost because between the RATP website and the application I had two different routes. I put the same destinations at the same time and it turns out that the route on the app was wrong.
