Application is useful during its direct use; however, when in standby or when closed I constantly receive reports that the application crashes. I personally haven't opened the application in 2 weeks and still receive at least 3 crashes a day, and thats only what I see when I am on my device.
Crashes constantly, bugs aplenty. Not very useful if it crashes and you reinstall it 3 times to try to get it to work, just to submit a tip. If there was a real emergency, this app would just delay real help.
Good, smart, and easy way to have contact with the safety team on your campus! We all know how important communication is! Rave Gardian can help you receive important info and notifications from your campus security or safety team, while being able get in touch with the right people at the right time with the push of a button!👮👍
I can't even setup the app. When I minimize it to open my email for the verification code, it restarts the setup process and sends me a new code in my email. This loop is endless making the app completely useless.
No matter what I try, It takes me to phone settings EVERY time. I don't know what else to change...
By far the best app I've ever downloaded especially for students. Thank you to all who participated in this. I feel safer while running at night or walking back from college at night.
Just tried 5 different confirmation codes, and they're all invalid and not working. Can't speak to the usefulness of this app since I can't get past the registration stage. Seemed promising.
Horrible app. Keeps crashing everytime I try to open active conversations. I can't even report activity on my campus properly because it keeps crashing.
Horrible..I got an alert and when I tried to read it, it shut down and I cannot access the alert. Hopefully there isn't an active shooter or hurricane next to me
Very useful. Provides a strong sense of security when doing anything, especially around my university.
I cant receive anything in my inbox. I've been trying to get health assessments but nothing ever shows up for me. It seems to work for my classmates but mine isn't working.
Crashes when I'm not even using it. 3 crashes within 10 minutes of each other and I wasn't even using the app.
Truly the most useless app. Asking us how we feel what is preventing someone from lying because they can't miss a class. All it does is waist my battery.
UTHSC memphis has an issues and stay isnt fixed . issue is with the app. doesn't allow to login or acknowledge When indicating is it you you cannot confirm it. this affects all six thousand employees at UT Memphis.
Love this safety app. It can't stop someone from doing you harm, but it almost guarantees that at least someone will know what's going on and whether or not you're in danger. Kudos to those who helped develop this application
It saids enter my organization email address,so i typed my school email, and then it went back to the previous page"is that you ?" i pressed yes. And it said type your organization email address> then it went back to isthat you page...endless repeat the same step!
Great app perfect for universities and colleges, great options to make everyone more safe.

The app helps and is very easy to use. I had a personal problem and the osu pd was quick to help.
With the latest updates this is a super app for assuring my safety. As a diabetic, glad to have this available. Could someday save my life.
Slow to send code. By the time it arrives, the code has expired. Tried obtaining code 10+ times.
The app is easy to use and gives fast responses. Colleges would be smart to use this
They respond to text messages faster than I thought they would. Quick response in person too.
kinda scary to think law enforcement has quite a bit info about the user, but this apps purpose is to prevent trouble, not the other way around hopefully....-_-
I am very happy with the ease of this app. I will have my daughter download it for her drives home from work.
Crashed every day (26 times in recent weeks!)making my phone do a maintenance reboot. Deleted it.

It used to have an online chat option. It's either removed or I can't find it. I liked it the most. I hope if it's removed, you add it again
