Rave is a crucial app in today's times. It makes ensuring security simple and efficient and also has helpful medical/fire/staff assist components.
Half the staff said get it, half said no. Then principal took my device and messed it up big time. Had to get a whole new phone. Yikes!
Haven't used this app and pray i dont ever have to but glad to have it in case the need arrives.
Loved it. We did a trial run and it was great
Still working on setting this up. I'm not sure if this is what I really need
I am a student but cannot use the button
Requires some kind of affiliation subscription
Notifies of emergency events
Why is this not available for the general public?
Works great at our school. Particularly like the ability to message other staff
Great safety app!
Our schools use this app, and we have found it is extremely reliable.
The ability to simultaneously contact 911 while alerting coworkers and key staff with a single action during an emergency is what separates this solution from others. Easy to use, and ensures that everyone receives uniform information to avoid confusion during the response process.
This app is used in our district and works great!
Limestone County Schools
Able to quickly connect with 911 (and staff) to automatically deliver the specific details of the emergency you're using the the panic button for. Now, with the new Staff Assist feature, we can respond to certain situations to be dealt with internally, rather than calling 911. Great Enhancement!
Great idea. Bad implementation. Needs to add a "Are you sure" before sending out alerts. 2nd false alarm triggered this week. 3rd since school started a month ago.
Not free. Verbage on app page states: "Rave Panic Button is free for users, but requires your school, business, or other organization subscribes to the service". This is misleading. The app requires an "authorized organization" who has purchased the app before individuals can use it. So personal\family use is not possible without paying for the app. Not sure of pricing - cost per number of users. For me mileading pricing is a red flag.
