I would've given it at least 4 Stars had there not been a problem with the graphics all of a sudden. Certain characters and objects are practically removed from the game. Theres just the shape of the character or object where its supposed to be and within the lines of that object its just awhiye blank blotch of nothingness. I'm going to reinstall it after I uninstall it and see if that works. I hope I don't lose all of my saved data so far. Luckily Im not very far into the game yet.

Keep getting a download error for additional files. Seems to be a known problem. For paid software this should be being fixed, as it seems to be a fairly well known problem. I understand the product is EOL, bit it should still be left in a runnable state. Come on Ubisoft.

This game won't download the files because it says not connected to a network, when ever I am connected to my home wifi. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and it still says the same error message. So much for trying to relive playing a classic game from my childhood.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! I purchased this app and it wouldn't download the data file. I decided to try to install a data (or .obb) file from another website, but it didn't work. Some reviews say that works, but it didn't for me. I downloaded this game twice to try to get it to work, so now I can't get a refund😒. If you decide to download this game, make sure to test it before the refund expires. edit: no response from Ubisoft in several weeks after emailing them the problem.

Will not start because it wants to download extra data but insists that I am not connected to the internet. It seems like Ubisoft needs to fix their servers, but so far they haven't bothered. It is a great game, but that is worth absolutely nothing when people are no longer able to play it!

Literally Unplayable. I played it years ago and really wanted to revisit it, but I get the same download error as as everyone else. It's a really fantastic game, but it's a shame that it doesn't seem to work on modern phones/ versions of Android.

Can't even load the game. It downloads an update, then unpacks it and then I receive an error message saying "download error, please make sure you are connected to internet and try again later". Tried on both WiFi and data and it doesn't work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and it doesn't work.

I'm having the same experience as others. I brought the game when it launches it downloads additional stuff but fails during the install complaining of me having no internet which is definitely not true. I've tried in both WiFi and mobile but the same things occurs even after doing a complete uninstall.

I thought my phone or internet wasn't letting me download the additional data to launch the game but after looking at the reviews, I'm clearly not the only one. This is poor.. bought this and Rayman fiesta run and even the sequal has the same problem. The games are great but it's a shame people can't even download the game to play it anymore..would be five stars if it worked.. Please fix this issue Ubisoft..

Basically when I bought the game and opened it, it started to download content in the game but when it seemed to be finished, an error showed up saying I needed to check my internet connection which I have and there is no problem. Please fix this.

Game is defective and does not work. I get the message: "download error, please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again." I attempted to download on both WiFi and Data, and still got the error. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted phone, nothing works.

Trying to install right now after downloading, and tell me that I don't have internet connection, and I do have. I did tap the refund button and Google displays the message that it is not possible. My phone is a samsung 5g and my download speed is super fast.

I used to love playing this game and now it won't even let me play anymore because of a stupid "internet connection" error. Also I remember having this same problem 2 years ago when trying the game and now I'm seeing that it doesn't even get fixed anymore. It really is a shame. Now the big problem is that I bought the game 1 day ago and it won't let me refund (the refund policy works for 2 days). I hope that whoever tries to buy this game gets to read this feedback I provided. A huge letdown.

I paid for this game and now it doesn't work because it can't download the files. It's a single-player game; there's no excuse to have it stop working because it can't connect to some now-defunct server. As of 5/26/2021, do NOT buy this game. It is broken and quite literally unplayable unless they update to fix it. Note: I'm giving 1 star based only on its current broken state and not based on actually playing it. It might be amazing... if I get a chance to play through it I'll update this.

I just bought this game because I remember really loving it back then and when I opened it, it kept saying "can't connect to internet and download extra data" or something even though I was connected to internet, I restarted the app many times but the same thing keeps happening. I refunded immediately.

My experience is I can't play it as I get an error message while trying to download extra content saying make sure your connected to the internet and try again later, it gives me this message on both data and over WiFi, so in conclusion not happy in the slightest!

I'm having the same issue -- on an S20 -- as many others, namely the "download error, make sure you're connected to the Internet..." one. Please fix/give some feedback. Edit: Don't hold your breath waiting for a fix or a response, as posts about this issue have been flooding in since at least NOVEMBER 2019! There may well be earlier ones, but I got bored scrolling.

Some sadistic levels that cross the line from challenging to frustrating. Good that there is ps4 and Xbox one contoller support but there is a little lag. The download error needs to be fixed. I had to go to forums to download files to get it to work. Come on Ubisoft you are one of the biggest games companies in the world.

Yup, can't download now. I got my money's worth as I played this year's ago until I got tired of it. Just wanted to see if this download error thing was true. Biggest downside of digital gaming. Anyway just wanted to tell any newcomers to stay away and save your coins for something you can actually use.

When you click on the game it starts downloading the content and then stops saying my internet connection needs to be fixed. There is nothing wrong with my internet and my connection is perfectly fine. I tried on my phone data and at someone else's house as well. My phone is brand new so it's not my phone. Fix your app. It's not free and you cannot even start playing the game. Do not download/pay for this.

absolutely broken. the game breaks half-way through downloading the additional data and it keeps telling me i have no internet connection alltough i am pretty sure it is working since i am writing this review on that very wifi connection. waste of time and money. no wonder it was cheap

Don't purchase! It doesn't work! I sure wish I'd have read more of the reviews before buying. It gets stuck on download error. I've tried clearing cache and app data and it still doesn't work. At least I only lost $1.

Game is unplayable. Had it downloaded and just when it appeared finished it came up as a download error because I wasn't connected to the internet when I was. Waste of money don't buy this until they fix it. Until then buy the first game Fiesta Run instead.

I hate to put bad rating but it seems this time I have to. Unisoft ruined ine of the greatest game on the market with this "Download error" and doesn't seem to care to fix it nor to remove the game from the market so that at leastthe customers aren't frustrated after installing it. To sad :(

Doesn't download the contents for the game. It has been like this for years. There's NO reason for a single player game to be this way. Published by Ubisoft and a Google play "editors choice" app. This is why I have stopped purchasing from Google play. It's not the first time a game/app has become unsupported. There is a fix on reddit for power users. But it doesn't change the fact that you are a walking wallet meant to be exploited while no one is held accountable to support purchased apps.
