I just downloaded this app. I've tried creating an online account 5 times. the app has crashed 5 times. Not a good first impression.
The app has always worked for me. I haven't ever had it crash while using it.
Always closes app. Going back to chase bank.

I can't get pass the user name login. Every time I enter it it gives me an error.

It's nice when it works, which is hardly ever. Plus, you can't transfer money to your IRA. Trash bank, and trash app. Avoid them at all cost and use Iberia Bank or Home Bank instead.
