Razer Raiju Mobile

The razor Raiju mobile has not been compatible with any game I've ever tried to play. So it was a huge waste of money for me. For a controller specifically designed for mobile gaming, it has so far been useless. The support of games list is maybe seven titles. Out of thousands of games. I expected more from an expensive razor peripheral. I was hoping the app would unlock something I was missing, but it really is just as useless

Razer Ripoff Mobile. This gamepad app has zero button mapping. Not all touchscreen buttons get automatically mapped. The app guesses a setup and your stuck with whatever buttons it chooses, and it's not a guarantee they stay the same; they have changed for one app every time. Read this before you buy and save yourself $150; it's too light to use as a paperweight. Their advertised screen shots are to map two difficult to reach buttons because the triggers don't function like you'd want them to.

The controller itself is great feels great to hold buttons are all awesome. But this app could be so much more. This app should have the same key mapping feature that the Razer gamepad app does. I feel ripped off. And I don't understand why I can't select this app for pop-up panel in the Samsung gaming app. Would be really nice to change controller profiles with out having to leave a game.

App on my Note 9 simply will not connect to the controller. Not wired. Not wireless. I've pressed "TRY AGAIN" more times than I can count. So until the app becomes usable, I have to give it the lowest rating possible.

Terrible key mapping. I understand if games are not consistent with key mapping since games are touch screen based, but you cant exercise your controller effectively when you can map only a few keys. This app almost defeats the purpose of the controller. I know other Razer products are easier to map than this. Why is this so different?

I love the controller. It works great. This app, not so much. Having to connect to both an app and Bluetooth is a huge bothersome process that doesn't always work.

everytime I try to connect it via Bluetooth to the app the app crashes on my Galaxy note 9 so I can only plug it in with USB that it came with but then I can't charge my phone and playing fortnite is already battery drain adding a freaking paddle stealing from your battery and it gives you like maybe 20 minutes or freaking gameplay please fix the app that's ridiculous that $140 paddle won't connect to its app

Please Add support for Genshin Impact, COD, Warframe, LOL and some MOBA games. You guys can do better, update the app too. Shame on you, based on Xbox controls and no support for COD. It just work's buying key mapping apps.

Why do i need this app? Biggest flaw is needing the app to connect to bluetooth its a magic trick getting it to work. Xbox controller just works why doesn't this? I swear Razer always makes awesome stuff but with flaws that can kill an experience. The Raiju needs to open this app to work. The kishi doesn't allow for audio passthrough. The Jungle cat doesn't fit most phones and they decided to go with flimsy plastic backs. I swear I need to join the R&D team.

Bluetooth won't switch between 1 and 2. Can't connect to the controller, despite it showing as a connectable BT device. I mean come on. Why do you thing as a mega tech company that launching an app that's as useful as a chocolate fire guard it acceptable. At least have some tests carried out before you launch a pointless app the just damages you reputation. Get a tech guy on this issue and rectify it Razer. SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS APP BEING ASSOCIATED WITH THE BRAND

does everything needed, an automatic profile changer would be awesome, say you launch fortnite and you have fortnite controls setup, then you switch to a racing game like asphalt and it automatically switches to the asphalt profile you setup. and when not in a game it goes to the default profile. that would get five stars

Kind of delivers on all claims. BT1 to BT2 switch doesn't work for me however. But can still pair on BT2. Would like to see more options and customization.

the controller simply doesn't work. Paired ok via BT, tried several games, including Steam Link, but i couldn't get it to work at all

Will not connect via Bluetooth. I can connect via the phone settings, but not the app.

No need for the app to use controller. Maybe for button setup? But be aware that you can not use this controller independently for CODm

It doesn't work. It won't pair to bluetooth. It won't connect via USB. "This may take a few seconds"

Bluetooth always disconnect, less game support, can't remap button for any games.

Finally fixed the annoying bugs. Hope to see more compatible games in the future. Thanks!

Configuration is bare minimum, no option for touch inputs

Cannot assign any buttons, predetermined key assignments for any game is a mess.

Trash. Don't work. Just get a controller that doesn't need configs

easy to use but sometimes not able to connect via bluetooth

Crashes when searching for a bluetooth paring/connection.

Needs more support for latest games or at least have button mapping.

Can't remap keys to touch screen controls what a scam.

DISAPPOINTED!!!! And razor technical support is as useless as their sales people!!!
