Our company uses this and it constantly just syncs for hours and hours. It syncs more than I use it. Then it puts the JIT setting on and syncs even longer. It would be a nice app if 90 percent of the time wasn't spent syncing.
Although our business had to close due to owner illness, we loved working with the RazorSync team and using their app out in the field. Most of our users were Android tablets and phones. They are quick to respond in support and are constantly adding new features and fixing any issues very promptly. If I ever start up a business myself I will definitely be coming back.
I've had the service for 3 years. It gets buggier and buggier. It used to be rare that I had any problems. Now it runs into synchronization issues daily. I can't even reliably close jobs, process invoices or run credit cards anymore.
This app constantly has problems! Just syncs and syncs! Have to constantly delete and reinstall to get techs to see there jobs. Looking for a better software! Been using this app for 3 years . Not impressed 😕
It does not update very well. Can clock out, change status of a job, or add notes amd the next day it shows Im still clocked in, or notes don't save. Has cost me time at work due to it not updating
I signed up for a year subscription at the recommendation of a colleague and found the software cumbersome and not easily navigable. After a few weeks we found that our scheduling procedures and organizational needs were not satisfied and decided to cancel our subscription and switch to another software. They graciously issued a full refund.
Just started using for company I work for, I think it works great, Just like anything else :: If everyone does their part, It does it's part !! I using it on a $100. Phone, and works Great !! Nice Job Guys, Although If You wanted to send me a new iPad to review it on ( Hint - Hint, wink- wink ) I would be happy to help .;-)
Slow, you gotta have a good data plan, it doesn't send pics to big if you don't have a good data plan. It takes forever to update the numbers
App is horrible, wouldn't let me upload current or job to be done and completed jobs, I'd have to email the individual directly for them to get it. Reported it, but do you think they did anything about it? NO
Works great! I use it straight off my cell phone. No more paper work to keep up with. Just hit invoice and I'm done!
we use this program for work. the idea of it is pretty cool. but as a contractor technician in the field the program doesn't always work.
Glitches constantly and freezes when resyncing, have had to uninstall and reinstall three times this week.
This app is awesome. Training with Paul was great gives very good and detailed explanations. Would highly recommend.
It constantly says there is too much data and then shortens my window for work to 7 days.
App works good , is also user friendly . I'm a plumber and this app is great for tradesmen

It was the greatest experience of my life
So i was having major issues with the app freezing and loading for ever made a review stating my issue and with in 20min got an emailed response then within 40 min got a call from tech support and boom apps bk online and my boss wont have to hold my hand woohoo thx guys relly great work and service. Yah so the fix was not a fix i need to be able to sync with the schedule my employer set each morning this app wont do it
Everything was working fine till the app updated now I have to wait 3 days for the system to synchronize.

Scheduling jobs and Invoicing are a breeze using RazorSync. It works well with our QuickBooks System!! AND It very simple to use!! They have always been quick to call or email, but I am really loving the new chat now option for when I have questions or need help.
Been using them for many years now. Support is very responsive when needed. Have not experienced Sync issues that others have. Love that it can be customized to fit your business. I run an appliance repair business and if you take the time to setup how you want it, the system is great! Nothing is perfect but this gets the job done very well compared to other mobile field apps and services.
