it's saying " your mobile banking has been expired please contact your branch for renewal"...I didn't get that! I've used this service for easy transaction but I'm experiencing just opposite!!!! I mean I'v used this option given by this bank,so how can it expire if my account is active,!!!
Please, rectify the login issues, it's shows ERROR CODE: 502 when i put the password for login. using this aap from abroad since long time but the issue occurred recently.
What is the point of deducting balance once the app throws an error regarding failure in transaction? I tried to transfer money to another account. Two times it didn't succeed (application showed message regarding unsuccessful transaction). few hours later I got SMS regarding the successful transaction and bank debited balance twice. Most irritating thing is neither the recipient got money nor me. Now I will have to go to bank to resolve the issue. I am never going to use this software again!!!
Dear developer, please fix the login issues. It is not accepting any password. As your rule first three characters and last four are numbers. I tried lots of time to change the password but every time the same thing "Seems you have entered incorrect password. Please enter a valid password". And even can't load money to esewa via this app directly. Looks like worst banking app of Nepal.
i can not get login into rbb smart through wifi. only get login through mobile gprs. it simply display this message "could not connect to server. please check your internet connection and try again." however other apps running fair. Several time i restart my mobile and wifi router but it won't work. Such a disgusting app made by F1.
This app is totally is worst and waste of time . In transaction process the account number/bank in Option is not clickable and it just hang on the spot . And showed error multiple times . Fix it's bugs and error if u want to give good service via this app to ur customers
Very disgusting app with lots of bugs. Same as RBB ATM many time its have different issues like difficulties in money loading in esewa. Sometimes unable to login. Sometimes problem in transferring money to another account. I can't explain what problems I have faced.🤮🤮🤮😡😡ðŸ˜
Even one star is higher rating for me. When i log in it doesn't load the transfer money section and no menus on navigation drawer. And crashes most frequently. I didn't expect this type of rubbish app in the playstore from f1soft.
I received new login password after enabling the transaction feature. After that neither login password is working. What is this? Why there is phone number and email id if they doesn't entertain online support. Please fix the issue related to login and also remove the email id and phone number from application. They are useless.
Worst app I have ever seen in my life. While clicking on complain option it always show "error fetching details". RBB must provide full details of account statement as it's show previously in previous version of ebanking. Suppose when I swipe my card in India it's always show details such as numbers only in account statement. While printing statement we cannot conclude that where that amount was used. RBB must show full details of shops along with where it's was used.
I dont understand what is the point of deducting balance for unsuccessful transaction. Neither the receipent gets the amount nor I get to use it. Even the complaint form doesnt work. During this covid 19, I can not even visit the bank. It has been a bad experience. Please fix it.
While we have problem difficult to solve it. because 1. without giving any reason stopping the services, I couldn't transfer my money as i was doing erlier. the main surprise is it was saying trasection failed and reason fail. 2) I sent email to customer care no reply.... as i am staying in out of country i have no choice to cry.... having balance on my account is worthless. To be honest i used the facilities i liked it. It made me so easy before.
In every transaction through this app (Mobile top-up, loading esewa, and through SMS mode)it shows transaction failed, please try again later. It is not showing transaction statements. Please fix it soon.
It was working just OK. But since a month it has stopped working and whenever I try to complete a transaction itsays "It seems we are having some problem. Please try again later." Frustrating!
I just want to suggest for 3 changes to improve in the app. 1. Give option for fixed deposits. 2. In the statement, dont memtion the transaction amount only, rather maintain the name of the transaction in short form. 3. Enable options for seeing demat and crn information.
This app have some problem. Do not top up from this app recently when I tried to recharge my sim card it shows 9 times transaction when only 3 number get the respective amount. Also, 9 times of amount get deducted from my account.
I cant send money to any esewa account. The message says its sent but receiver doesnt receive money. The balance too doesnt get updated. When I try to complain through app, it says some error occured. I dont know what that error is. Please fix soon.
Dear RBB team & F1 team, Actually I am having some problems since last month while transferring money to e-sewa & mobile top-up etc. At the time of process (final transaction) , it shows that 'ERROR , we are having some problems , please try again later'. Kindly be requested to solve the issue ASAP because I am facing too much problems in Lock-down period. Also I tried to contact RBB team (Birgunj branch) but they were unable to solve it. it possible, i would have given this app, zero star... everything was working fine but when I requested for a new cheque book, it didn't work. The bank told me it doesn't work... why would you install such a service if it doesn't work?
I wanted to transfer fund to my esewa account, but the process took too long and never completed. So I changed my transaction pin , again samething happened the page wouldn't load and lastly a message poped up saying that my pin was invalid. I entered my pin many times ,the last thing tha app told me that I had to go to nearest RBB to solve the problem.This very much the fault of this app.So I am very unsatisfied.
It was running quiet well.But now it isn't showing total balance and transaction history.It shows N/A(Not Available).Please fix the bug fast.
It should not show the including 1000 RS as it's the minimum balance and can not use anywhere. just show the available balance instead of Total balance.
This app is super cool. But there is one problem. If a user forget there password there is now forget option. A user can't change thier password if they forget. It's a promblem. Otherwise this app is awesome.
It's not secure online banking I've been in problem many times once I have send my money to my friend through this and my money deducted but he didn't received it so I have to go to bank and spend long time waiting to solve it but at least I got my money back and I've experienced my money deducted without my will I don't know what to do now I have no any proof just my money dedicated. ....... Solve this problem FAST....yet other facilities are quite good..
I have been using this app since 2018 , It really works nice with its various features ,the only thing I need to share is that , Why even we are not able to use this app out of Nepal ,In india,Bangladesh,China etc .it would be great if you try to make sure that this app will help us in such a way ,Thank you .
Dear RBB, there is no fix deposit option through mobile Banking and also no option about Debit cards like other Bank's app. And also add wallets like IME pay. Please make it in further upgrade. Thank you!!!
Worst app ever !! What is the length of password we should use ?? 4-5-6-7-8-9 I tried all length & characters but could not set my password.
Idk when will they provide better mobile payment service.. there is always some problems when transfer fund to another bank .. recently I transferred funds to another bank , the balance reduced but there was no actual fund transfer... Very bad service.. I would rate 0 if it was possible
What the hell is happening with RBB. Sometimes It showed "The mobile number or password you have entered is incorrect" Eventhough The details were correct.
