This app has been working fine for the last one year. However, since four days ago, i can't log in. It keeps telling me that the app unfortunately stopped. I've uninstalled and reinstalled in vain. Does anyone else experience the same. And what's the solution? I need my mobile banking convenience back please.
Haven't used the app in a while but received a check I want to electronically deposit. Keep getting error message when trying to open. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still happening
super convenient!!! Best Credit Union I've been a member of so far!! Highly recommended! They offer MANY MANY more things besides the typical checking & saving accounts! with lower overdraft fees and HIGHER interest rates!
Grrrrrrr. This app wants me to enter my birthdate using a calendar that navigates month by month with no override. I am 73 years old. I would not live long enough to get the information entered. pathetic.
Need some improvement otherwise working good so far - credit card info and payment integration within the App. - credi score check within the App.
I work overnight and I can't use it most the time because it goes on a blank screen or I can't login dumb
Really Nice and more convenient the only problem direct deposit takes more days than going inside.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!! This app is extremely useful and easy and simple to navigate. I have wanted and mentioned that RBCU should create an app so that it's much easier to access my accounts with them instead of logging in online all the time. AND THEY FINALLY DID IT!! I just opened an account and wanted to set up my app. First, it makes you enter your birthday by using the calendar. It's 2019. It really shouldn't be that hard. It makes you choose FIVE security questions! I get through all of that, all I have left to do is the final submit button. My app freezes; had to close it all the way out. Not knowing if it finished registering, I try to log in. I tried the temporary password and updated one. Neither worked. Now I'm locked out! I hate it already.
