Charges are collected from the student on per user license. Enhanced features is removing the option of adding the 2nd child. Who does the user testing before releasing. No thought process was involved.
The updated version does not have the feature of adding multiple student. I was able to add only one of my kids not the other one.
Latest version in Android 10 breaks. Notification with PDF's not opening. Are they expecting parents and teachers to test their application and get back to them with issues.
I was lost on how to add my second kid. Called up RBGS head office. They were more then ready to help me and guided me step by step on how to add details of the second kid. Thanks a ton.
Its very easy to add second kid login details. I wish more developments on this app to be more flexible. Thanks to team behind this app.
Only fee details are updated on time. None of the additional information is there.
One of the worst app in the world. It does not even give us the proper information on the homework and holiday. I hated it .
Class diary column has no homework in it. Also there is no updation in the app
This app doesn't even works I tried for uninstalling and reinstalling it is only saying waiting for download
It's not good because when I installed it was nice but after when exams were coming when i opened that it was saying again give your username and all was deleted aromatic even i updated it first
No regular updates on class dairy, timetable, even marks details of unit tests..
I did payment through app and converted into EMI. It was charged 500 rs extra and not converted into EMI.

If tahere is a option for edit username will be great, we can set our personal user name for Easy to remember
Plz change the grade 8 to 9 It's is very old std. I request to you change the grade 8 to 9 .
Very bad school and very bad response, very bad teaching and very bad wost teacher's to the school and nerkundram branch please don't put your children .

No report card available and there is no option to give feedback
It needs lot of improvement.The older pdf disappear and difficult to search.Search option is not so useful.Time consuming.Same worksheets or answer keys published twice,creates lots of confusion. If class notes , worksheets,and answer key will be highlighted with different fontsize or colour,will be easy to differentiate and save time.
