Very pathetic experience!! Everytime I click on go to mo bank, buffering continues and the logo keeps blinking. After 10-15 min it disappear and shows the login page again. After ope ing my account everytime I am facing the same issue. Very very poor service
They keep resetting mpin for security reason and because of fingerprint login we tend to forget the old mpin while creating new mpin. Again finding and receiving CIF number is a task. Then you have to rush for debit card number then otp and then you cant use the previous 3 mpins !! if the mpin is not reset for a period of time, user would make most of the payments through upi instead of switching to another bank like icici or sbi who never reset the app mpin unless uninstalled or reinstalled.
Earlier I was able to view my credit card in RBL MObank app but from last few weeks my credit card is not reflecting in credit card section. And as per technical team revert I have re-installed the app multiple times but still unable to view my credit card details. I don't want to use another app (RBL my cards) to view credit card details. Kindly check the issue and rectify it ASAP
Please make some alternative for sim verification..either OTP to registered number or registered email ID or both. Everytime if I install app..I have to recharge sms pack separately... You guys arrange for such recharge. As we everyone in India use unlimited pack, which comes with data & calls. Moreover while in International roaming for sim verification we have to recharge minimum ₹3997 pack
Your OTP sms takes ages to come up in my message box, that my transaction gets expired. Or even does not come at all. If my airtel network has compatibility issues, then let me know. I am having to give this comment because this has been happening frequently and is jeopardizing my online transactions.
Application is good ,a bit slow albeit. I like the UI and easy to use and intuitive interface. Needs just a little improvement.
The app doesn't work. Most of the times, it just keeps loading and loading. Can't even login. Using features and functionality is a far fetched dream.
There are certain things on which your app designing team should work upon. First of all app user interface is not good as it should be even the public sector bank's ui is far better than this UI should be smooth and user friendly. Sometimes I face login problem the page just loads and nothing happens. Lastly, I have account in idfc bank and there are several options which is missing in rbl bank and that should be worked upon.
Absolutely superb and very much user-friendly mobile banking application. But i couldn't find the option to recharge my phone, hope you clarify it
It's been four days. I am not able to apply for credit card against FD. Work on your technical issue or atleast provide right information about the issue... Your service and customer care executive !!!!!! They don't know anything just transferred call one person to another or just give a number to call.. And I have to wait almost 25-30min. for your VIP executive to respond still they don't know. Please fix this ! I don't even want to give 1 star
Very very Very worst app. I never seen app like this. I couldn't access for past three days always show alert like session expired due to long period of inactivity. I uninstalled and install again try login but it shows some technical issues we can't proceed right now. Again I'm telling this is very worst app. I tried to login but always loading R symbol. I couldn't access my account.
Thoroughly useless app. Never is it reliable. App just keeps loading and loading. Same goes for it's credit card app as well. Rife with bugs!
After latest update the app crashes after registering pin and fingerprint on redmi 3s prime Android 6. Issue still not solved and they always reply with standard response. I will raise consumer complaint now for denail of services. Post consumer complaint the team swung into action and resolved the issue.
The app keeps on crashing and on start it keeps on buffering in 4th or 5th attempt finally the app opens...totally disappointed experience with app
Worst online banking experience, always payment fail specially UPI payment, you can not trust, while in urgent need you will stuck but mostly payment fail on paytm and google pay, hopefully very soon i will close my account with this bank
Worst customer service, i have been trying to update my mobile number in this app, it always throws an error. Customer service received is pathetic. Dont recommend this to NRI's especially.
Very user friendly interface. Can do a lot with the app. Very satisfied.
It shows my card is not linked. How will I then be able to block my card or set a limit. I have tried cearing data and catche but it doesn't solve my problem. Plz fix this.
Very good app.. easy to do transaction. Is it possible to configure multiple accounts on it? As I have 2 current and a personal account with same registered number. Please guide for the same.
Many time i am trying to login but only process in working shown., not able to login into app.. Very frustrating.. From bank sides
App is loading slower than ever, I have to restart it several times. Please look into it ASAP.
Excellent App. I just Opened digisaving account sucessfully and its all hassle-free. App UX seems to be at par with other banks. Appreciate RBL. Thanks
Pathetic app. I installed the app and try to open digital account but after entering pan card it is showing due to technical problems we are not able to process further. This happen for all the time.
Very worst app need to uninstall & reinstall to do transaction or even to check balance which is wasting my time fed up with this app😤 facing this issue more then 2 months
Love the simplicity of the application. Menus are super easy for navigation. I love the bill pay which pops up as soon the bill is due and one can pay it with one click.
There is always a technical issue with the app and it cannot show the account details even after the update
Worst UI/UX. Very difficult to find things on this app. Also very slow.
Useless app, Useless Bank.. Customer service doesn't pick up.. App keeps giving put error to activate.. First impression the worst impression... RUDE STAFF FOR KYC VERIFICATION.
Because after every update, login is not possible without sim verification, even after entering otp, received on registered mob no. When otp , received on registered no, is entered, then why sim verification is required. Resulting, any customer can't login, so far he doesn't recharge his regd no with rs 179, to send sms from regd sim to bank for sim verification. Why?
The app has lot of bugs.. It says my account is locked and asks me to unlock but there is no such option in the app.. Also, silly spelling & grammatical mistakes on the error popup.. Not sure how to navigate through certain options as they redirect to the same page where we didn't get what we were looking for.. Waste of time.. I need to check my statement and there is no way now..
