Really pathetic app from RBL. It never seems to work. I have apps for most of the banks and cards and have never faced issues. Is the bank really serious about the business. An app is the interface for customers to connect and this is the experience we get. Very scary as in an emergency where does a customer go.

Always showing something went wrong.. very worst experience. I have updated transaction limit and got SMS aswell for the confirmation. But transaction declined and customer care saying zero transaction limit. But 100% transaction limit is showing in mycard app. Really fed up with your customer care and app. You have to fix the "something went wrong" issue as i see the same issue reported multiple customers in the past aswell. And also provide alternative web login option apart from my card app

Worst app. Not one time passes without any issues while using this app. Really frustrating. Lot of bugs. No step has been taken to improve the UI and the functions. To reach the customer care or to have chat with them is an impossible task.

When I opens this app "unable to process your request now, kindly try after sometime" warning all the time. I haven't been able to check my statement since last one month due to this. Very frustrating and disappointing at the same time. Statement is the most basic and important service that a credit card company has to offer. And they are failing at this. I think some investment on this app development to provide better service

Very Poor Customer service, Card gets on and off for online transactions by itself. Contacting customer care is another nightmare all together. Don't pay the bills towards the due date as it takes a week for them to update in their system, on other hand my payment reflects within same day while paying for other credit cards (within 30 mins most of the times).

Worst app ever I have been on. Please correct it or you guys will loose your new set of customer's there are many platforms who are giving better facilities than you . Your app all the time disconnect on by own we didn't logout also still it's showing as logged out. Then your application allow to sent SMS and confirm in the first step but in 2nd step it ask you if you have sufficient balance or not...if not you can't proceed. You guys don't give any alternate. Very depressed with services

Wrost app ever used for Banking ☹️. I tried end number of times to convert to emi option, always app get automatically closed, No Notification-nothing, Don't know why this happened but No Solution. I think I get trapped in it, Now I don't have any type of help from any of their side All customer service numbers are autodirected no options to talk or Nothing.

Of all the bank apps I am using RBL's is worst. Don't understand the reason why we need a separate account to utilize reward points. Been trying to register new account with no success. And they told when issuing card that one can convert 80% of available credit limit into cash any time but this feature is nowhere in the app.

Nowadays this app is not at all working properly. Whenever I want to pay my bills, it shows the facilities are not available now. What happened? Earlier I used to pay all my bills through the app. The other credit card app I have is excellent compared to this.

Worst application from a bank. Not able to login in one attempt even if you have set the finger print it throw error.. too much slow and mostly down for maintenance. All in all not reliable payment method.

Not working not able to open even for registration. This app is not useful. When ever I tried to register app shown me, service is temporarily unavailable, please try later. I don't know how to resolve. When I called customer care they told mobile no is not registered with us/unable to find your details plz call after some days. I am unable to understand what's going on. I am using my credit card since last 2 months.

Worst App I have ever seen. Unable to deliver sms for verification. Given all permission to the app but same error comes.. SMS not delivered. Tried all the way. But no solution. No customer care solution and feedback call for the problem.. where the customer will go.. and after I will post this review an automated reply will be posted to each and every non satisfied customer but no resolution of any one of them. At least contact them.

Not good enough for such a huge bank. It shattered the banks reputation. Doesn't work. Also no option for customer support, looks like they don't care about customer, they just need is money. Before you get their card they does everything and promise anything. But when we get the card, no customer support, and charges us as they wish.

The app won't work when needed the most. Will show not available or some other error. Disappointed. I could see many users have pointed out the same issue with the app before months and nothing is done to fix this. Seems RBL is not serious about this business and want to intentionally fail.

The app keeps hanging. Every time I try to open the EMI option it throws me out of the application and shuts down. The support icon also doesn't do anything except keeps redirecting to the same page and then logs out directly. Horrible application and service

One of the worst app. There is always an error when I open this app. Also when we make payment the app doesn't reflect it on time. Atleast before offering account/card services to your customers improve your application. So that we get some relief on that and dont have to visit branch or customer service.

Worst app, never it has worked for me. Always there is a pop up message at the bottom stating " Technical issue", "network issue" etc. Never does it even show the rewards nor the app update once the credit card payment is made. This app doesnt serve any purpose whatsoever. Their website is no joy either .

People how are reading this comment please don't have any account / card associated with it. Their customer support it also bad. You will never be able to connect with them and they will keep charging you!

Its very laggy.. Everytime it shows service not available.. We're unable to process your request right now, please try after some time..its not working properly..even its not showing transaction n etc sometimes. Kindly fix this issue ASAP. In my account/profile section, Settings is unable to open sometime..alot more is happening with this app..everyone is giving 1 star rating only. After all this you are doing nothing for users/customers.. Pathetic service.

Worst app i have ever seen. I don't know from where they hired their developer for this app. Always gives message as inconvenience caused, try again later. The 50% of credit for closing my card goes to this app. Even i have created a app in my engineering time, which was far better than this, this app has lot of bugs. I think developers or card management system is high or not getting paid.

More than 10 times I have registered the card but I am receiving the service is unavailable. The customer care informed download the latest version of app. Everything is up-to-date but not working. Can't you develop an application that work's? Even after the update I am unable to login. Still get the same error. Till the time you fix the app issue, I will not use your bank services. From the last 5 months the same issue. Useless bank. I was right in not listening to the bank executive and use this banks service. I would have been screwed by now if I had listened. Very Very Poor app , I have paid my loan amount fully and send mail as well as talk to banker representative that pls preclose the laon but they inform me that payment was not done. I provide them reference no of my Bank as well as screen shot mail them but still it was not updated in their app. I informed them that this was personal loan and detail was not showing in mycard app but there is no action from RBL bank

Trust me take some time fix your servers ,UI,Backend Bugs then release this app.It is just useless.... Wheneve I login it stuck with the same screen. The transaction does not update always keeps lagging literally it is a lot to say I am writing this after getting so fed up of the app
