Register New Account. App won't go into register mode. Immediately tries to find bracelet. Radar finds unknown bracelets on another continent. I'm in North America.
Indefinitely "pairing" while I tried for a few days. I uninstalled the app and reset it but that didn't help.
It finds my watch but does not connect can someone please fix that because I like everything else about the watch
I had this app and band for a few years and never used it because of how annoying the app is!
Will not pair with device. Device and app are useless.
I think the app is good because you know your sleep time and how many steps you have walked

Don't even waste your time and money. Never worked and never will.
Synched to my phone easily. App installed easily with low data. Takes pictures and saves it. Counts my steps and burned calories. Notifies me of text messages. I can read them on my arm. Have not checked the sleep yet or water resistance. But it's comfy. *** update.. Doesn't actually pay attention to my sleep and is now not counting my steps
I asked for the activity band as a gift and didn't see all these bad reviews until after getting the product. At first I too was frustrated with the app, but once I sat down and read the instructions that came with the product I didn't have any problems. For the price I really don't have any complaints. It fits great, and I even get text and call alerts so I don't have to keep checking my phone. Would definitely suggest it as a cheaper Fitbit alternative.
I got this after too many problems with my fit bit. Honestly I check it vs my phones samsung pedometer and theyre usually very close. Yes the app doesnt do a lot but I use multi heath apps and for the groupon price of 30 bucks the band itself does more than my fit bit. Yes the app is a tad behind, no calorie conter or food, the sleep function I always forget, and you cant add additional workout forms. But its also waterproof! I have swam with it many times. This is honestly a great band!
It will not connect to the watch in app. It will find it, then say pairing indefinitely.
Band died have made several attempts to contact support. No response to date.
finds the device just fine but will not pair...useless thanks for wasting my time and money on a POS that doesn't work

Why??? I am poor and the store I bought this from is going out of business and I bought 2. I am screwed and they're expensive. If the app doesn't work then the voila, nothing works. They should be turned into the BBB but who has time.

Half of the functions don't work. The pedometer is very inaccurate and the alarm function is basically pointless. I've tried using the alarm multiple times and it's either not gone off or was about half an hour later than I set it. At least it keeps time I guess
Drains your battery. Sleep tracker doesn't work. Waste of time and money.
Waste of my money
App doesn't work. The ui is nonsensical and looks broken. And it just keeps asking for my weight and age over and over again. Never gets past. Returning this product as it's useless. It refused to even show the right time.
