Time consuming and issues. Hate it. Not sure why it needs to access info from my phone, I'd rather it didn't. If the internet connection is weak forget about finishing anything. Doesn't always upload into provider portal and it's wasted time waiting for it to do so.
App is trash, along with every other MBSI product. Tech support is basically non existent, despite the innumerable tickets I've submitted for support on issues over the last year, I have literally never ONCE recieved a call back. Would give it less than one star if possible.
this app is horrible! constantly has bugs or won't connect. i have been trying to submit the first page of the recovery process for 3 HOURS and it WILL NOT SAVE. it's always something with this horrible freaking idea of an app. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
garbage. kicks me off constantly during every single time pictures are taken. not once or twice ....always! app is updated.all the trouble shooting knowledge they have and tell me to delete and re install.
this app takes entirely too long to fill out when the field trying to do a repossession. I need to shorten it down to where it does not take so long to do it. you should not have to take 30 minutes to fill out an app showing the car is repossessed
Poor service slow lockouts frequent doesnt recognize correct password re directs from app entry to web browser to log in w email and password and when it recognizes password (unlikely 90%) redirects again to app where you can finally begin to use the 1970's style poor design.
Why does the repo industry rely on such a horrible app? It usually does not work, We lose so many cars (get away) becuae of this app. It takes too long for orders to load... Sometimes 15, 30 minutes, even hours. BANKS AND LENDERS, STOP USING OR MAKING US USE THIS APP... IT IS NO GOOD.
this takes to long if you can't log in sometimes the collateral just drives away or you are spotted and they call and make a payment while you are checking the vin to see if it is a rc mobile. rc mobile,rdn and clearplan all to be on the same page either it is open or it is closed. plus dont put a time limited of 15 mins to complete it. you just can't do everything everytime right around the corner. would love to know what arm chair quater back came up with this, he surely never did a repo
The thing jams up so bad you go to see if a vehicle is still active and when you are close to the address the app DOES NOT WORK nice timing to decide to have app failure!!!!!
Works when it wants to. Like right now I cant upload pictures for whatever reason. Hopefully uninstalling and reinstalling works.
Before the update this app was somewhat good I liked it after the update it's a piece of junk makes you take a picture on everything worst update ever needs to fix it to where it's the old way when uploading pictures I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone with that new update
This app probably seems like a brilliant idea when you sit behind a desk all day and have no clue what some adjusters have to deal with while reposessing a car. Enjoy your eventual lawsuit!
freezes. try to get support and they dont answer and dont respond to emails. we've resorted to reporting to the banks that require this application. ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE..EVEN WORSE AFTER THERE LAST UPDATE...
The banks are going to get people hurt try to use this app it don't work off line and they need to add the Library button back because there are a lot of place in Eastern Kentucky that does not have cell service
The app never pulls up assignments in a timely manner. Cara get away and it's a loss for the company and client. Waste of fuel and man hours.
Has it's issues but works. My old LG phone would save the photos automatically but my Samsung S10+ won't. Any idea how to .ake it work???
every person that programed this app and thought it was a good idea should be made to do a mandatory ride along in the worst part of whatever city they live in.
Worst app ever!! I wont get into it...but its a dangerous app!! And it NEVER works as its suppose to. Now it wont let me upload photos!! Like what in the?????!!!!
too many flaws,bugs, and no help to call they don't answer at all, been trying 3 months now constantly.
This app is terrible. It closes out everytime I try and upload a picture. Making my job impossible
Nothing but problems! Most of the time, I can't even get the app to open!
This app is awful in every way. No more finger print login and I cannot upload pics. The option for uploading is back but it does not work EVER! I sometimes work in areas with no service and before I would take my pics and then upload when cell service is available. Now I have to find a place with service and take the pics one at a time in 100 degree weather or pouring down rain. The app crashes constantly and sometimes cannot login. Our jobs are hard enough, don't make it worse!! DO BETTER!!!!
