Used to work Great! Did the update and now it's not even working. Just shows a Blue screen, camera to take pic of a barcode, and a back button that leaves the app.

Great for managing credit account! I just downloaded this to check up on my credit account and make payments, and it works just the way I had hoped/expected

I had perfect credit with them my account was completely paid off and then they cancelled my account for no reason I was an excellent customer I haven't bought anything from them since.

can't access my account. keeps telling me to verify my account. I've had the same account access since I opened it. never had a problem until recently

I dowloaded this app and all it would do is take me to a page to scan a barcode? There were no other options... super frustrating.

Cant even logon with the mobile app anymore once you get the verify it never logs me into the mobile app just takes me to a chrome browser and logs in, making the mobile app useless Update- app was updated 5 stars

Great furniture, can be pricey, so option to make payments interest free over time is great.

Good app but needs an AR mode to view items in the house.

Wont allow an app to collect and use personal information.

App crashes when you try to select a payment date.

This app is terrible. Clunky, inconsistent garbage. But hey, at least they add to the convenience by charging me a $3 "convenience fee" to make a payment. RC Willey, put some of that extra $ you steal from your customers towards a better app.

Not worth the time to download it. I selected a category from the menu and it kept sending me back to the home page.

Doesn't work well at all. Needs a whole new update. Please fix this app. It would be so nice it it would work.

I can't do anything but browse images.

Everytime I try to make a payment I get to my name and once I type it it takes me back to the top then deletes all my info app is terrible!

Hard to navigate through pages. App keeps jumping around without any guidance from user.

I love RC Willey but this app is awful. Every time I click on something and try to go back it takes me all the way out of the app and it doesn't save my searches. I am beyond frustrated and will just go online from now on and try that.

Used this app for less than a minute and can already say it is by far the most frustrating app I've ever used. I clicked on the menu button at the top of the page and before I could even scroll through it, it would close and reload the home page. Everytime!

Lousy. Unable to use, search doesn't work, and unable to see the pictures or details in search mode.

This app is the worst ever! You click on something and something totally different pops up.

Unable to use menu tab or search bar. Useless.
