I've had this app for years with no problems. I upgraded my phone to the S20 ultra and now every time I open the app as soon as it loads to the login screen it kicks me out. It's starting to get very annoying.
This app is terrible. Whoever is in charge of app develop for RCB Bank needs to be fired. They can't update it to work with the new Android software. I am constantly having time out issues (RCB will blame my wifi but I am an IT guy and I can tell you thats not the problem), transferring money from one account to another inside the app is a nightmare (doesn't give all the options for other accounts), and cancelling transfers rarely works on the first try. I'll be changing banks bc of this app.
Terrible app keeps crashing after years of complaints now. Crashes after password entry and if you keep attempting it blames you and locks you out. Randomly forces you to change your password and security questions far too often... If you have a joint account with someone this creates absolute confusion and frustration. This is also a strong indicator that RCB doesn't have faith in their own security platform and counts on the customer to do their job. App feels circa 2010.
The app is horrible! It reminds me of something created in 2008. Need more user friendly things added, including the way to change passwords!
While the bank is okay, the app is pretty awful when it comes consistently working and being able to check my accounts.
HOLY DAMN THIS IS THE WORST APP IVE EVER USED. Crashes every 30 seconds if I can even log on to use it. I've never made a review before but this is so bad I felt compelled to. Might switch banks over it.
Love RCB Bank and the App! I see others say they've had problems but it must've been phone issues! Its always updated and easy to use and transfers are always available! No problems! I'll stay where I'm at!
It works but definitely one of the worse banking apps I've used. Much improvement needed here. Literally thought about changing banks to get a better app.
Upgraded phone and now the app crashes everytime with mobile deposit. RCB hasn't updated this app since Feb 2020. There are plenty of other banking options with working apps.
A week ago I would have given it more stars but for the last few days, EVERY time I start the app it shuts down. Very frustrating.
I hate this app with all of my being! The mobile deposit hasn't worked on my phone for so long now that I can't remember the last time it actually has worked. The app is useless unless you want to see account balances.
I can see my account info, but can no longer do mobile deposit as the photos don't store. I've tried multiple devices and no success. I never leave reviews, but I'm doing so now in hopes that this will encourage RCB Bank to update their app.
love this app at first it would keep crashing after the android p update but I just uninstalled then reinstalled works just fine now anyone having troubles if you had the app before the p update there is your solution. your welcome just be smarter then what your working with people.
Needs to be updated for Android 10. Mobile deposits do not work. And two months later still do not work. I'm a customer since the 80s but am looking at other banks with working products. Frustrating!
RCB Bank's online banking is terrible. 90% of the time you cannot log in and access your accounts. Until they dump Netteller and go to a reliable provider, this app is virtually useless.
I haven't been able to use this app since I got Android P on my Galaxy S9+. It crashed immediately upon opening.
I greatly dislike the algorithm for new passwords as I have to reset my password daily. About to change banks because of this app!
Mobile deposits do not work, as others have stated. This app needs to be fixed. Frustrating.
App is completely unusable as it crashes before even having an option to log in.
Always doing updates ..locks you out of account even with correct login info.
Have to uninstall and reinstall every few months to get it to stop crashing on start up

12/20/20- Still broken . They have gone so far down hill with all their cust service. I'm ready to pull my money from here. 2 years with a broken app. 3/6/20- Still Broken. They absolutely do not care that mobile deposit does not work for many phones. 12/17/19- Still Broken. 10/25/19- Still Broken RCB! Im about to take my monies to a place that works. - No Images save. (ZERO STARS) 6 months now RCB -- Does not care at ALL! - Mobile deposit is still broken - It will not save the pictures taken,
It constantly has "general failure" that kicks me out when I try to login.
Legit have never had a problem. Seen some other people talking about crashes etc. Definitely seems like a phone issue combined with the app possible poor optimization. But I have a GS9 and zero problems. Gets the job done. Move money from saving to checking and vise versa instantly etc.
