i can no longer open the app. edit: i could open the apps. but now after more than a week, when i open the apps, it prompts "the apps experiences frequent crashes, the phone automatically turns it off."
Not sending to my registered email address the link for the password reset. Multiple times tried but upto now have not still received. I've called customer service and verified my registered email which is correct but the app still wont send to my email the password reset link. So now i cant use the app anymore. Worst app ever!!!!!!!!
Why do force me to change my password?@#$? I think mandatory change of password should only be done if there is a breach in your password database. Coz for me it is impractical, because it happen to in different site: since, they force me to change password, then I did; unfortunately, I forgot my password right after I changed it. And, it became a hassle to contact the customer service just to reset my password. I think whoever recommended such procedure does not use this app.
Edit: issue resolved as of 13 May. Upgrading rating due to reasonable response time. Original review: Latest update fails to run under Android 11, crashing immediately after launch. Tried reporting the issue to the dev's listed email address, but that message bounced as the address was invalid. Unhappy about this service so far.
Recent update crashes. The most recent update (May 12, 2022) which was last night crashes on all Android devices. Whenever you open the app the app just closes, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same result.
I am greatly disappointment. I would like to state that I have not been receiving any OTP most of the times on my registered mobile number, while doing mobile banking transactions. I't has happened several times by now. I have made sure that my mobile is in a place which is accessible to the telecom network. Properly so that the OTP sms can be received without any delay. However, despite this, the OTP are not received on time. Pls do something perwisyo kayo sa totoo lng nadi kayo nakakatuwa!
This is the worst app i ever had. I open an account last March 2022, I can still open my rcbc digital app until last April 25, I encounter already an error 1st: you have entered an invalid user ID and/or password. What the heck!! 2nd: when I tried to click the forget password, input the email n account number it's error prompt NO RECORDS FOUND! what the Hell! and 3rd: when I tried to log in using my correct user id, the prompt is an error occured while processing ur request. PLS FIX IT!!
Very annoying app when paying bills using RCBC bankard. Payment is declined saying account is not in good standing but I have enough credit limit and pay all dues in time. Worse thing is that the payment is declined but credit limit got deducted. Please fix your bills payment facility. This happened twice! Thanks
The latest update as of today May 12, 2022 rendered the app unuseable. RCBC Digital app won't open. Android 11 user here (Poco X3). Pls fix ASAP! Update as of May 13: After RCBC updated the app to 8.2.2, I'm now able to open the app again. Have tested everything in the app and it's all working normally. Thanks RCBC for the speedy fix.
Update 13 May 2022: Bug seems to have been fixed now. The app launches fast, and so far no crashes encountered. Thanks to the devs for responding quickly to the reports and reviews!
At first it was good, but now the installment option for bill that has been generated already is not working anymore. The page just keeps on loading until you get logged out from the app due to time out. Hope you guys can fix this.
Forgot my password when the app asked for it and would not like to acknowledge my fingerprint. Kept sending the OTP on my previous number. But my number is already updated. Verified this with the customer service. Im currently blocked. Two weeks have passed and still no update.
Card lock feature works maybe 50% of the time. Error batch in progress whenever i try to lock/unlock. Feature becomes an inconvenience when you need to use the card and you can't unlock it. Disappointing
The recent apps crashed can't get thru, when I tried to uninstall and install again... same problem. But when I uninstall and installed it on Vivo Appstore, works well it seems the problem is on the Playstore Google version.
My account has been blocked because of wrong pin though it is right and now I cant withdraw my cash through atm it a hassle really. I went to rcbc branch nearby and they said they fixed the problem through customer service but when I was trying to withdraw it just said my transaction was not allowed. My account has been blocked while I was registering in this app.
I can't open the app and it says to Clear History so I clicked it but still not working. I tried updating the app, but I forgot already my user id and password because I was used to use the Fingerprint Recognition. The new update seems don't have it anymore. Now I forgot my account, how to retrieve it?
Most difficult online banking application. I have been trying to reset my password and called them multiple times to no avail. Their password reset process is just looping back to OTP and will never proceed even if you enter the correct OTP.
Thanks to this, my account got locked. I used to access my account via web but the same login credentials were not accepted by this app. Been trying to ask RCBC customer service to reset my account but after months, they haven't made any progress.
Cannot use the app since this latest migration to rcbc digital. It doesnt load at all. And i cannot rollback to an earlier version. Please do something about this. This app is integral to my operations
I just experienced a non recipient of load amount transacted from my RCBC account to my gcash. I did it twice to confirm if I was just mistaken with the number I input but no, I still did not receive though I checked my number. I noticed the OTP confirmation is just loading. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted in my balance when I viewed the history. It's an emergency transaction because I have to use my gcash but they did not respond. Worst customer service. Worst bank to transfer.
Still can't access the app since acct enrollment until today. So inconvenient and hassle. It says service unavailable. Tried to raise my concern but they always says that there's a system maintenance. Is this a joke? I've been waiting for someone to fix this problem. ðŸ˜
I have not even the chance to complete my online banking account. I tried registering 3months ago and received errors. Now I forgot my own password and could not even reset my password coz according to system there is no registered email. Tried registering the account again but could not do also, system error. So what am I to do with my account, i could not register my account nor reset password for the said existing account. Don't launch online banking if like this. Please improve/fix first.
Hi and good day. As for my rcbc app is not working and is saying SERVICE UNAVAILABLE even though my card is already activated and have done all necessary troubleshooting to fix the issue. I can log in properly and have enrolled my card. Main issue is your app is not recognizing my rcbc credit card.
I just changed my password because the app asked me to. Now, I can no longer log in. I'm getting an error message that says "error occured, try again later or contact CS". This is frustrating. It happens on the website as well. Please fix.
I'm dealing with my CC but its always service unavailable. I called your customer hotline but they told me, every hour there's a system maintenance. What a joke. And btw, since your app is not working when it comes to "unli installment" had to pay 250 per transaction to convert it via customer care. It's all abt money huh.
well it says that I should wait for 1 day to be verified, but there's no sms or am email. I'm so sad that I can't log in and don't know what to do. I already sign up and pass the requirements. I just wanna have to transfer my funds and claim it in cardless because atm will be claim more than a week so I'm looking forward to this but I can't log in. If I try I will be back to the same steps with an option of ATM debit card, credit card and so on, pass a pic of your valid ID and Selfie. IT repeats
App is useless. I can't access my account. Very slow. My file can't be found. Customer Service is not helpful, useless and can't contact often. So disappointed of this app and bank. I want to change bank. And I think someone access my account without me knowing. Been 2 years now that I can't access my account. I contacted costumer service they are just useless. I am wondering if I am being fraud. So frustrating. I still depositing money so there is transaction otherwise they will freeze it.
