1. Select your preferred transaction/s to be done such as Cash or Check Deposit, Withdrawal, Check Encashment, Bills Payment, Fund Transfer, or Account Opening.2. After completing the transaction, you will receive a unique Quick Response (QR) Code and a reference number valid for 24 hours.3. Proceed to any RCBC Touch Q-enabled branch and have your QR Code scanned or choose to encode the reference number at the Kiosk.4. Once recognized and validated, your transaction will be queued and prioritized for its fulfillment/completion.

queued was so long for wait inline this apps does not have a qr code for personal costumer service enquiry... so i have to wait for the line and i have to wait again for the number to be called there is no quick access for touch q.....
What happened to TouchQ? Is there something wrong? I can't log in.
The system is good but the priority is not what as the commercialized. :(

SCAM!!! They wont prioritize you even making your transactions in advance.

STUPID AND USELESS APP RCBC 😩
Hangs on Bills Payment for other bank checks
Gets the job done. But kindly fix the problem when entering the contact number. It's not intuitive enough and takes time to complete
Using this app and with the help of an efficient bank teller, bills payment with RCBC is comfort and hassle-free. Two thumbs-up!
Check encashment always have error Request Timeout
It's saying account doesn't exist always. Hate it.
It does not give me a qr code after i submitted my details.what a complete waste of time!
Registration itself is a waste of time
Whenever I try to setup a new password (1st time use).. It always says invalid Old Password when I am using the default password sent to me via email.. tried registering twice using different email address but issue still the same.. not convenient...
Miscellaneous transactions are unavailable (MyWallet loading, etc.). Might have potential, however.
What's the use of Phone and Storage permissions? I don't find any relevant features that requires these permissions unless you do something sneaky.

Cannor loggin. Guest log in transaction stuck in validiting account. No movement of being process or ask for another transaction.
