I have downloaded the app and the registred myself on the app. I then clicked on forgot password and a temp password was sms to me. I can then log in and change my password, but each time it gives an error that the "old password" is incorrect. So it is not accepting the temp password that was sms to me. So I cannot even log in to use the app. Wayne
Unable to login using existing membership details months later. Tried the option of forgot password and registering nothing. Disappointed that issue is not resolved many months later.
App does not work and has not worked for months. Requests for update on status of App to RCI South Africa remain unanswered.

What is the difference between this app and the general one as far as I know RCI is a global union, members of RCI should have access to all countries

C'mon RCI, experiencing the same issue for the past 6 months!! Unable to log in from app, only browser works. I hope your reservation system is not as bad as your IT system!!
