App is taking a while to open and when it finally opens looks the same as before. It only has a new colors, I don't see any changes. Desktop says password is incorrect. Omg. This is getting worst. If you try to log in to app using WiFi the app has a message saying your connection, if you try to use your data it says (An error has occurred) Don't lie dudes do your job

Been using this app since it's inception & am very happy with the progress it's made along the way. Very few crashes (if any) & the added features like the ability to turn off your card when you can't locate it (which I actually suggested in a letter to the higher-ups) was a wonderful addition. Very nice progress, great app. Great bank.

The app is very easy. I am able to make payments and transfer money. Plus everybody at the credit union is awesome. Always willing to help

They need to add on direct deposit information just in case we need to get something deposit into our account that information should be on the app as well but the app is easy to use to transfer money back and forth

It's great I don't need to call and interrupt the tellers or be on hold forever but they help the customer in a very caring manner, all the tellers are excellent in their customer service! Thing is we don't have a banking office in 78250 area.The offices are soooo far from us, I always have to go downtown or Huebner Road, I wish there was one here off 1604 and Culebra!! I would hate to leave RC Bank as life is changing this would be excellent for more opportunity to grow for more business!!

There was an update recently and now I can't log in. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It used to be a great app.

It is a good and very hand app and I'm able to manage all my accounts here which I love the only thing I would like improved is being able to see my account numbers.

It's easy to use and available 24x7. I can check transactions or transfer funds to and from savings, checking, credit line or to other members. Love it.

App not loading properly... Or can't sign in too.. not connecting to the server check on this thanks

Stacknn great bank they let's no one Jack u their great on spotting fraud and will disconnect your card and reactivate no problem at all, only thing is I wish their ATMs had a deposit option and they were open a little later and on weekends or at least sat for the customer service call centers.

This is the best Bank I've ever dealt with in my life thus far, great service across the board and always have the customers best interest at heart.
