Terrible technology. RCN is stuck in the 20th century and has a help desk which prefers to sell you extras without ever speaking to a real person providing help you need. Save your money and avoid like the plague.

Good app; not sure why an update requires Bluetooth.
It works seemlesly with my office phone system, not weighed down with a lot of fat. Easy clean imterface.
