Both van and personel phone app could use some reworking. qualcom for trucks work way better than this, even postmates is better than this. Trips in the van sometimes do not work, or work once, and the interface just overlaps and can't read whats on it. Adding stops doesn't always show new information, it just puts a really long hash table. You can't put yourself on rest, only corp or current boss can. The selection bars are too thin, close together making it easy to make wrong selection.
This is one of the worst apps I have on my phone, but I have to have it for the job. "Yes" and "No" buttons do not function properly when selecting whether you want to go on Rest. There is no way to show that a trip has been canceled or "busted". You have to fast forward through each selection process to get to the last screen with Fuel Stop and End Trip.
Very glitchy and Unnecessary. Seems like it would be easier to just screen cap the information and text or email it. Not really good using such an unstable app that's still in beta on your employees' phones. If the company provides their own phones then fine. But using your own personal phone is dangerous when it's so essential for work. It also sets up the company for lawsuits if someone's new phone dies.
if I had not needed to use this for work. I would not use this app at all. It is forever crashing, giving you some long passage of why it is not prefroming correctly. It knocks me off online even in the middle of place in trip detail information. If I'm typing I'll have to start all over again. So YES, this is a work only app, would never have it on my device other wise... Also I liked the black background much better (it pops better, easier to see and read)...
Everytime I Log into this App it freezes on Refresh until I uninstall it and reinstall it. then I have to call in my trip to close out the Trip. something needs done about this. every single time I use this app it buffers and i literally have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. cannot see my trips taken IT'S VERY ANNOYING. FIX IT PLEASE
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ the app keeps telling me this app is too out of date to work on my phone, and it doesn't work most of the time. I usually have top restart the app or my phone 10 times just to get it to work... huge waste of time.
It saves on paper work but it messes up way to much. Signs you out to fast. And completely shuts down sometimes. In some places on trips it freezes up.
I have been working for Rcx since August.. I only use the app to write down my trip information.. It has been working fine until yesterday and now I keep getting a timeout error and haven't received a call since the day before yesterday.. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the app but please work on it .. I am missing money
its better than waiting on hold with dispatch for an hour. but, it would definitely be helpful to have a "back" or "undo" button and a weekly HOS option
So very limited. The phones we use in the vans have a version of the app that is 100x more functional and better. This one doesnt even have navigation.
The app is the worst!app will stop working you get a message or phone call telling you you will be suspended for not finishing up with it. So I just don't use it and use my camera and paper
This app is awful. Is not working more than half the time. Puts you on driver break when you never took a break. If they want us to use this app they sure need to fix it.
Doesn't work! When you try to finish trip it just flashes and doesn't stay on screen. Terrible app!
this app is horrendous! it desperately needs to be replaced or updated. I just started working for RCX and this is the companys only downfall. please please please fix it.
App often does not work. Has bugs in it, yet it is what we must use for work. Very frustrating.
The app is next door too useless. Its down more than its up. When & if tech support service it is part of the problem. When you know better, you do better.......
Android user here: when it opens up it flashes on then off too fast to even read a word on the trip screen.
Glitches too much , needs to be more streamlined & interactive esp when off duty while on call & for HOS, etc! I'll be @ position 5 then 1 & back to 5 again w 4 HOS left. Fix it please!!!
Hard to do my job when this stupid app crashes every time its opened. isnt working with wifi or 4G anymore regardless of reinstalling
Half the time I have use paper because it messes up and doesn't load. Gives me a blank screen.
It usually works okay. Sometimes there are issues, but they are usually simply fixed
The app is no good, do not install, I just write my trips down and call them in which u have to close ur trip out. At least I can't say I didn't get my hours.

I use this for work and it works just like its supposed to.
Every time I use it and it crashes on me I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. It works best when wifii is available but otherwise it is ALMOST worthless. It is a poor excuse for shuttle or taxi driver convenience. The app keeps crashing on me or this last time it froze up on me. I get out in the field and I cannot get the web page. If no wifii or cell phone service available it is extremely limited. It definitely needs something to be desired for when it comes to user friendly. Maybe it needs to synchronise with the GPS? IT NEEDS SERIOUS UPDATING. SERIOUSLY.
