It's fantastic that the developers and the commuting public have taken the initiative to fill a gap where the government has left. While i commend the efforts of the developers for providing this platform, i do have some suggestions to make app better... 01. It should be possible to navigate to details of the notification, just by tapping notification. (please loose the unnecessary loading screen) 02. Loose the loading screen, it's pointless. 03. implement notification channels to make notification subscribing to different train lines easier (for day to day commuters, having all notifications for each train line is unnecessary) 04. loose the heavy background images and styles - make ot look more of a stock app (android material design)

Most of the time, alerts which are coming,are not relevant.. so it is a disturb. It is better if we have an option to select alerts which we need, according to the railway path we use or else option to off alerts.. Somehow.. this is very useful app. Wish you all the best team.

Great initiative by public community. Thanks for the all the developers of this app. I have few suggestions, 1. Please remove the video/gif in the app. Seems it has impact on the performance. 2. If app has lite theme it will more helpful to users. 3. Please try to reduce multiple loading screens. 4. Try to maintain a one theme for all the screens. Again thanks for the great effort.

Huawei VNS-L-31, Huawei p9 lite having an issue. When I open the app all the audio/songs playing is stopping. Also when I navigate in the app the audio playing are stopping. I can play them again. So its not a show stopper. Better have a look 🤗 Though this is the most helpful app other than Google maps 😍

On strike days this app doesn't provide updated information about the locomotives that are currently running. Doesn't have an offiline timetable too. I used this for almost 2 years but still the developers were unable realese the offline timetable. So as a frustrated user wating for such a long time decided to give up with this app. Great work anyway. Hope for better app than t

Not included offline train schedule. It's on experimental level for years. I think, schedule should be made as online. Then updates also adjust time to time automatically. This app can be developed as the Sri Lanka's most useful transport app if connect with buses Gps systèm. However, Sometimes it's useful to know latest updates.

After the showing the notification then we are click know. Bt directly not open to notification. Goes to category page. Pls fix it. We want showing the notification then click and direct go to the notification. pls displaying date and time on notification. Thanks for ur service. 👍

I am not a daily traveller but at least once a week l am traveling long distance for some investigation matters. Possible every occasions l traveling by train. During some trips facing little delays but highly satisfying the service. Only thing still some traders and beggars creating some unwanted troubles to the passengers. I am using this opportunity to submit this matter to th notice of Railway Security Authorities. Thank you.

Live updates are superb. However I suggest to add a better powerful search bar. ( Exactly like in "Trains - Sri Lanka" app ) would be great if you could combine both functions

It's would be awesome if there's an option to filter train lines when receiving push notifications such as If I only want to receive push notifications related to the "Main Line". Other than that, this app is really useful.

poorly designed app. almost all the essential services are not included in the application and redirecting to relavant web sites if we select them. push messages are not working properly. on the positive side the best crowd sourced app in the country.

It shows correct information, if you can update passenger about specific train, which is selected by passenger. It is more useful rather than giving notifications about all trains. Anyway good job team.

Good. There is opportunity for improvement. After selecting the route, a separate link can be introduced for each train, for example.

Really good app. but had to uninstall because the high amount of notifications. would suggest if you can add a method to pick rail lines that i want, so then i can only see the necessary notifications. cheers, keep up the good work

I use to love this app a lot. But recently i got up phone updated to android 12 & now i can't even open the app. It says that there is a bug & keeps on helping. Please help me

They have added notification customization feature to the app. Now app is superb. You can customize which railway lines notifications that you want. It's nice.

1. Poor UI choice to go for. Please do a redesign. Users will be using this app only for checking any delays. For time tables there are other GOOD apps on playstore. 2. Unnecessary notifications flooding in the phone. A single person is not going to travel in all the lines. (Notification off is useless) 3. App not available English or Tamil. Lot of unnecessary and outdated information grouped incorrectly. 4. Do an architectural level redesign. 5. This whole concept is unnecessary.

Good app. Receiving important and reliable information about trains quickly and efficiently. This app is very useful for train passengers. And I think that currently they're upgrading the app.

Very helpful app. Better if you can optimize loading and make faster. Wonder whether animations causing slowness in loading the app.

Highly useful application but need more optimization. This app use high data amount and high resource usage. Because of that app functions very slowly.

very useful app, but did not pop up any notifications regarding train late and other things. Every update information getting me after open the app manually. pls fix this issue.

Overall app is not bad but there must be option that can block unnecessary alarts lets say im interesting and using only one way no point to show other routes alarts so implement that function as much as possible

Good initiative. But have to improve the notification system. User should be able to select the railway line required for notifications. All the best !!!!!

best ever app extremely helpful for a train rider. very informative But the amount of notifications are too much.. even after selecting only puttalam route. Notifications about other routes are coming. Please look into this.

Very good and useful app but coastal line updates are very slow. And i receive every line's notification thougj i have selected coastal line only. Better to use Facebook group

This app provide a massive Service to Sri Lankan train passengers. If the trains will be late a notification come to your phone. then we can use another way to satisfy our transportation need. I had got advantages from this app. Great App Good Luck RDMNS.LK
