So far I love the look up feature and that it tells you what goes where and what day. But few glitches it used to send me notifications of my garbage day now it does not. And about the same time a "i" circled in black showed up and won't go away. If I click on it, it takes me to another screen only read's re: with nothing after

This app is quite helpful when the schedule changes on you every month and you can't remember if it is garbage or recycling. I am in a rural area so it is awesome to have it handy when you accidentally recycle the paper schedule.

Had some trouble finding my specific address/unit so I used the bulk address and it works fine. I love that it alerts me with a reminder to put garbage or recycle out before it's too late. Perfect, exactly what I wanted from this app.

This is an OK app. Thank you for fixing the "garbage" icon. Could you also please fix the "food waste" icon? (I have no idea what that green squiggle is supposed to be.) Also, if you could add instructions on bin exchange to the app, that would be amazing!

Very helpful. Includes last minute notifications of possible pickup cancellations or rescheduling. Takes guess work out of pickup days

UPDATE: Apparently you can set reminder time. 🙂 Great app but send the notifications out earlier in the day. By noon preferably, would be helpful to know for recycling ♻️ day ahead. GARBAGE STILL ONLY PUT OUT MORNING OF.

I wish the list included all of the common recycling items that a household would produce. They're not all on there but I do like that you can put a request to have the item added.

I had previously downloaded this app and it wouldn't give me any notifications. I had to delete it, then download again, and it works now.

Its awesome never got a schudel always missed my bin days because it would change with every holiday so my friend suggested this app and it saved me i always am on time with my bins and never miss a day and it truly is so benifical wish i found it alot sooner

Does as advertised - I no longer forget pick-up day! Would be better if reminders were the day before.

It is good if i remember to open it every day, but only sometimes sends me notifications.

Very handy app when you live in a rural community with Occasional extreme snow conditions.

Have just moved into our newly constructed home in Lantzville and our address is not in the database to register for a schedule. Some one suggested a bulk address. How can I register for our neighborhood schedule?
