RE/MAX Real Estate Search (US)

Can't easily search more than one town or suburb at a time. No customized searches for the style of home. Cumbersome. Some details fail to load with error message.

This app is so plagued with issues. Only install if you have a high threshold for frustration. As is, you'll never get the search results your looking for. You'll be lucky if it takes you to the right city.

I love this app because I can search multiple areas with ample listings, custom tailored to my search, including land...and the property values are more accurate than what I find on other apps.

Waste of time!!! All searches were off the market! Why show them with your red pen. Poor web design.

Great layout and design, but the bugs make it unusable. Saved searches don't load. Notifications don't work. Sorts don't save to searches. Fix the bugs and you would have a great app.

Up to date, opening, under contract, or whatever, so many options to get all information needed about the house or can ask if question isn't shown. Thank you for making east, easiest part of home buying

It's a good app and I use it to narrow down results. I also have used Remax for the past few house I've purchased.

The app is fine. I would like to see where I could choose the option where I could pick the type of parking ... Garage or carport, that sort of thing.

App needs lots of work. Mortgage calculator does not update estimated monthly payments when you change the base numbers, i.e. down payment, interest rate, etc. In list view not all the photos display as you scroll through the available properties. It also hesitates when you try to scroll through the pictures of a given property. Not impressed. Back to the drawing board.

App does not load any listings, just glitches.

Hard to use on the phone, keeps going back to map when trying to view property photos, if not swiped just right, gets annoying that it doesn't lock in place when viewing photos, then letting user decide when to go back to map Update: App still a mess, uninstalling and will never recommend it to anyone!! Can't save searches, always starts in a states away, still boots you out while trying to swipe photos, acreage not listed, and it just is not user friendly, I might hire another developer

Half the time the save or favorites button does not work. Each time you open it you must reset your filters and start over again. And after about 3-5 minutes on 1 property or when youve read details for 5-10 it shuts down. Nothing youve saved when it shuts gets saved, only when you shut it down do they get saved. Whats nice about it is the MLS# are very easy to find. And those are a must have just about when looking for a home. Many listings have owner's name & # listed so you can call.

Who ever thought it was a good idea to change up the old app should be fired. No birds eye view, now. Wide blue, top and bottom, banners on the "full size" pictures No satelite view. Only map view. No individual listing on map. Now u get a black box with the number of listings in that area. Keeps crashing Overall: $#!tty app.

App doesn't work/ seems like it's not maintained. Slow, buggy, no picture, home next to mine with addresses that are actually Miles away (3 towns over)... But most of all, home is well undervalued, compared to a decent appraisal I had and other more reliable/better maintained apps like zillow and redfin.

App is buggy. It won't load any information.

The browsing and finding the information you're looking for is quite friendly. The necessary descriptions on the properties.

Wants too much information just to create an account. I'm not giving my phone number and full name immediately just to save the houses I like.

Need to show more pics of outbuildings. The interior and exterior. Most houses are the same, but people like me, farmers, etc need to know what the sq ft, electrical supplied and more. Also in filters, you need to have homes to be separated by "foundation", "manufactured", "mobile" When we do our search and we see a place that has or had wheels, we close and keep looking. Very frustrating to see what we don't want. Would like a button saying "hide listing" to stop seeing ones don't like.

The filters don't work correctly. My issue was that when I only wanted to look at Single Family Homes I would also get Mobile homes. I made sure to make the option was off but I would still get them in my search results. Also, there's no "help" option for when problems like these come up.

Garbage app won't let you use its forms the buttons don't work

Many features do not work. Before starting I was asked to agree to the terms and conditions but the page displayed is blank. Even via the menus' Terms and Conditions link it doesn't load. Save Search feature fails everytime. Until the bugs are fixed this is not very useful

This app sends some kind of automated inquiries to realtors without you doing anything. I received more than one email from agents thanking me for my inquiries and asking how they can help me find a house. I have not contacted anyone, and was only using the app (among many others) to browse rental house listings. After the 2nd agent email, signed out and uninstalled. No thanks. No other app does this. Since there's nothing exclusive about the listings in this app, go use the others instead.

Useless and extremely broken. It takes me 5 tries for it to find the zip code or city I put in. It keeps saying no results or ill click the drop down menu of my city and it does nothing at all. And when I put in my filters for the search results it'll say like 10 houses found but only show 5. Going back to Zillow now

Have to reset filters every time. You said no one has reported that prob, but everyone is reporting that problem! Also the filters you do set, don't work. I ask for garage and basement, first house I looked at has shed, no garage. Garbage app. Too many out there to have to deal with this one. Uninstalled app again. Won't be back.
