This app has continued to go on a downward spiral. Data that has been inputed suddenly appear twice and the extras cannot be deleted (this makes the total grossly inaccurate). Expenses show up as income while income shows up as expenses. Perhaps the updates shouldn't have been done because with each update things get worse.

Used to really like the app. Not so sure anymore. I've noticed multiple records of the same transactions. So I have to delete manually. Also many transactions don't show up requiring me to input myself. Again, I can't have specialised budgets for each month. When I try this, it changes the budgeted figures for previous months. I hope all these issues can be fixed cause it makes the app stressful to use. ____ Hi Team I can still see duplicate trabsactions on the app. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm not sure about the new design. It doesn't feel intuitive. I appreciate the attempt at improving it. But, it's not great, yet. I prefer the old design, even if it needed to be overhauled. I think making the app faster and lighter on the backend should be more of a priority. Changes should be saved in an instant, ne data shouldn't take as it does to load. Looking forward to the updates and an opportunity to review my review.

When I first downloaded this app, circa Oct 2018, I felt I could not use it since I already had done my yearly budget and it was too late. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up this year to update my budget only to see that it 1. it picks SMS messages from my bank and categorises these correctly! 2. It had a list of the banks that I use! When I thought it only would use SMS to update expenses, I discovered that I could update my expenses manually apart from the SMS. Wow! There's more

I am enjoying the ability to create statistics based on trends in my financial management with the app. I however, have the following observations and suggestions: 1. Data cannot be updated without an internet connection. I suggest that the app should permit local storage on device memory and schedulable backups. 2. User should be able to create expense categories. Thanks.

This app is awesome, it is like having a personal fincance expert in your pocket to guide you on your path to financial freedom. I am highly impressed by how the app automates your financial transactions and makes it super easy to see where your money goes to do. With the records from the app you can comfortably plan your financial future. The guys at Reach are doing a great job with this, I am a super excited user. Thank you

i really love the app. the only thing i think needs adjustment is the ability to set the date for income. some salary payments do not come in by the new month, for eg, february salary might be given in january ending. this is then saved as a january income and the date cannot be changed. you people do too many updates on a short period...its annoying. Plus I cannot delete some expenses recorded like 'ATM'..withdrawing money is not an expense, I shud be able to delete n document as I spend.

Hello guys, Ever since I updated the app this morning its been misbehaving. After adding income earned it displays the same income in multiples. One income added shows like 5times. Kindly take a look into this as its not only frustrating but gives a wrong impression of ones finances. I will also suggest an option to export finance summaries to excel as well as linking multiple bank accounts (automatically or manually)

Great app. Works really well and picks up both bank and mobile money SMS messages. Would love to have a feature that allows for uploads of previous SMS messages on other phones to help sync and update the account. Also some messages not getting picked up. All the same, very impressed. Spent last 3hrs on it.

great new look. impressive. however, just now I cannot find expenses which have been successful added after the first expense input. also can you change the "settings" label to budget or something. One gets the impression it's an app setting, only to directed to budgeting. thanks

App Devs, Kindly upgrade this App such that it would have button for sharing with Friends through divers Means of Telecommunications. As soon as I installed it, I wish to share it but all I could do was to publicise it on my various Social Network Profiles. I was using Ms Excel from time but I wasn't committed to it. However, this App is fantastic & very great. Kudos for the Innovation & good work. More Power to Your Elbow.

its a very great app, but i rate it 4stars because there are a lot of features not added like password encryption for proper security, one cant add other categories of expenses and Subcategorize them or edit the ones available. not all Expenses category are compatible with everyones expenditure. also in the budget. borrowing 'money lent that will be paid should be added to income as it eventually enters not added to the total budget amount. If all this is fixed then we have a the best app ever..

If there was a something like 1/2 star that would be my rating. The app has been malfunctioning for 2monthz. Sent out an email with hope it would be fine but nothing. I hope they get it right. I had a wonderful experience within the first 5months

Best Budgeting app. Works on intuition to measure income and expenses. However, there is no real way to customize the app. Unfortunately its just about 60% accurate and does not allow you to direct it on what it has missed. Also new budgeting category can't be added. If developers work on these areas, there would be no way to stop this app from soaring.

I updated to the latest version and all previous data went missing, now I can only see this month's entries. There should be an option to export reports to Excel or somewhere else. Update: Issue has not been resolved here.

The new UI is amazing and all but all previous data is lost. There should be an option to archive past records monthly in case such a situation arises. Also monthly emails for expenditure and budget could be a plus. Finally, for sources of income, for Kenyan users banks like Equity are not present only CBA

Excellent, however if your app could give notifications anytime a week is passing by without a transaction review... That way it reminds you before restarting it's week count from scratch. I hate beginning all over again and sometimes I'm genuinely busy I forget... Please add a reminder. Thank you.

Reach is absolutely wonderful to use. I enjoy the way it syncs with SMS and also the memory of vendors. One thing that can be upgraded to make it even better would be to sync it with bank accounts. That'd be insane, and make it a world-beater. I'm looking forward to that.

I think the app should be able to synchronize with e-mail too. So that people that don't use Android phones to receive alert can get an automatic expenses update too. Till then. It a good app. I just sometimes forget to manually update expenses, making the app on my phone useless

user interface is not as simple. I am unable to undo or change some settings once they are set or restore to default. Would also appreciate if the app would enable me to remove some tabs and customise the overview page. Asides this, I'm glad that an application finally works with Nigerian bank account expenses.

The app is amazing and I love it. Though recently it stopped syncing my Mpesa transactions with the app. The only reason I'm commenting here is so that I can get the problem fixed and the bot doesn't really understand my concern. Please help me fix it so that I can get the exact figures for my income

The investment area is not opening since I requested for a withdrawal. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, login access is denied. I tried using another phone, same issue with my account. I sent a mail, yet no response.

Fantastic App! I just made an investment using your AXA Mansard. However a potential investor wants to when the interest on his investment is payable and if he will be charged when he decides to withdraw his investment.I read the terms and condition and nothing like that. Secondly, I think you can add other features like bills payment and funds transfer to make it a one stop shop.

I totally loved this app, even got my friends to download it but since the last update, my transactions are not longet picked from sms. I don't know why that is and I gave permission to access sms. then when will the app be available on IOS? Update: it started picking transactions again after I updated the app. It's good to be back!

Nice app, however, mail alerts can be among your search, or rather fetched and synchronised items for financial and ecpenses/income update. For security, most persons have disabled SMS and leave only mails active for some accounts. Also, activities from my credit card/account are not recorded.

I have enjoyed the app so far. However, I believe one should have access to previous months' data (income & expenses) which I seem not to be able to find /reach. I hope that can be improved on.
