Read The Text For Me

So far I have been pretty pleased with characters allowed to input into the app, I have put in around 9k+ characters with no noticeable delay in audio start, its also consistent and easy to use. It does have minimal options, which could be a pro or con depending on what you are looking for, personally for me it was a pro. Very simple app, does exactly as intended, and as I needed.

Sometimes, I am unable to read big blocks of text due to my disability and have been trying to find a good text reader. This is the only one (so far) that is not only free, but allows me to put as much text as I need read into its text box. Obviously this app is still being worked on, so there isn't a feature for images yet, but for simple text to speech, it's pretty good. The voice is a tad hard to understand at times, but that's alright if you're just looking for something basic.

uninstalled … … … it seems there's no clesr way to save an article ... it seems there are no settings settings option or any way to remove the ads that I can find … … … if there is a way to save files it's a very unusual way unlike most other applications do … … … it's not clear how to operate the program in general so you need to put some kind of instructions because you're doing such an unusual thing … … … it does read text and that part of it works … … …

A great app, with loaded features to meet user's needs. It has to have a slower rate of reading too, as it becomes difficult sometimes to catch up with the speed of reading even at the slow speed. Rest everything is just fine.

In love with the app. There are a lot of books and other content for which the audio versions are unavailable. Being a reading nerd, this text reader app has solved my urgent need. Just simply paste a few dozen novel chapters and keep on listening. Or a while book, whatever. Also faster than traditional reading by adjusting the audio speed.

I have been looking for a proper text-to-speech app and all the ones I have tried were not even close to this. This is by far the best one yet and there is still so much the developers can do with it. The simplicity of it though is perfect. It literally is a text-to-speech app and the voice/speed options are great. If I like an app, I will purchase it to remove ads but the ads on here are actually fine and are not annoying.

Best Text reading App I could find! I use voice-to-text and I know where that button and the send buttons are by muscle memory. But, I couldn't/wouldn't read my responses. Now, all I have to do is copy the text into this app and it'll read every text for me and I still don't have to look at my phone. Don't text and drive if you have to look away from the road, even for 1 second! This is also great for those who can't read the words on the screen very well. *Not while driving!

Just what I was looking for, a basic but well designed copy and paste text reader. Other apps in this category are either over done with far to many features and options making their use non intuitive, or are a half hearted attempt at making something barely passable as an app in an attempt to get your $. This is refreshing to say the least. Hats off to the devs!

This app is an excellent app, I like the fact that if the document has a picture it describes the picture in its reading. However when i tend to select large portion of text only a small portion gets copied. but i like the fact you get to adjust the settings to suit you. i would like to know how i can use this on my computer.

App is simple and easy to use with different voice speeds and pitch to choose from. Like what others mentioned, it would be perfect if there is a "play", "pause" and "skip to" function when listening. If possible, the app could also allow users to upload text files instead of copying and pasting. Keep it up! :)

It is a great app. But some of the areas to be worked is that either the speed has to be decreased more or you guys have to make the app to read from the portion which is paused, and not to begin the sentence once again. For example if you pause in midway of a sentence (so as to catch up with sentence while writing), when again unpaused it begins from the starting of the sentence...... but still I liked thus app so much. It has got various pronunciation, varying speeds etc

At the moment it's exactly what I was looking for. It's working with many languages and is easy to be used. What is important for me is the possibility of changing the speed of reading which is extremely useful while learning language and training pronunciation. Probably can be some improvement with interface, but it's not a big deal.

I'm very happy, it helps a lot in editing videos. This app is so cool ! It even reads emojis (actually describes them). It has a lot of features, it reads anything you write, with a lot of accents, low or high voice and stuff. I loved it so much ! Glad to have this app. If you wanna edit a video and add a robotic voice, you can try this top ! Thank you.

I like the app, especially as you can use so many different voices and accents, and it will also read foreign texts in any of those (English voice reading Dutch text always makes me laugh!). The only problem is that you can't record or save the generated text as a sound file. Fix this, and you get the full five stars.

Did what I needed it to do. Didn't have any instructions, but looks like you have to copy and paste text into reading box. I was expecting to be able to download a document into the read program. No hay problema. No ads. Nicely done!

This is an amazing Application that even doesn't use data and works offline. I highly recommend this as it is full with features, like multiple languages, Verity of accents , voice speed & copy paste option. The feature which I love the most is timer, how much time would it take to read your text.

It's a very good app, it will help you with pronunciation and also with reading texts. I like how it's so easy to use and "straight to the point", and also it has correct pronunciation and accents for different languages. Definitely a recommendation for everybody

Well, better than nothing. The voice doesn't sound really bad , but it's too uncontrollable. I can't even change stresses. And for me it's too sharp, I mean for any one else it probably sounds good, but not for me In general it could be a solvation and I very pleased about the fact, that there we have russian That's pretty good, that's the thing that changes everything

I like how it reads everything you put into it. I just wish I could put a curcer on the top of a article and let it go. It would jump over the pics and continue reading the article. Being dyslexic makes it easier to hear the text and I can do other things while it reads to me

Sounds goos, but every now and then it just randomly stops and when I continue I can only continue where I already was like 10 minutes ago. Also I can't skip the audio backwards or forwards, if I want to go back I have to start all over again, from the beginning, or change the text

Probably obvious, but am not finding the save button when attempting to create saved audio files of spoken text. Perhaps it is not allowed to be done? I didn't read the ToS, I'm assuming I'm probably not allowed to do it. Strictly polite and intelligent content.
