Read with Fonics

Great overall experience! Best Phonics app I have come across. Easy to use and covers all the sounds. Only thing I would say is that the tasks can be a bit too repetitive and although consistency is key, a few new tasks could be introduced as the child progresses through the sounds. But overall it's a fantastic home schooling app! We love it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This app is great for beginning readers. It focuses on letter sounds, blending sounds, spelling, etc. It provides a variety of game options from the beach to the lava lands that is not to flashy or fast. It teaches with slow and calming techniques, which I find is important for those students that have difficulty keeping up with fast pace activities. It also has a safety lock so that no unwanted purchases are made by the students. This is a good app!

We have been looking for a phonics app for a while to help our 5 year old to prepare for the phonics screening coming up in June. This app ticks all the boxes and is user friendly. I initially had an issue with invoicing (my error) when I tried to purchase the 'all stages' option but I emailed and this was resolved promptly. Keep up the good work!

Trying to go through this with my 4 year old and the words used like raindrop and apricot are too big and unessasary for the purpose of learning the sounds. The touch responce is off. I have to tap above the word not on it for it to drag properly. There are different zones that suggest it might be different games. It's the same game. Very dull. In responce :::: I handnt realised water world was the start. A little start graphic would be cool.

Free app for first few levels then to continue you need to pay. Various options available to open all levels or only a few at a time. Great way to trial and no ads! 4yo boy very engaged from onset. Good exposure to sounds of letters. Son really enjoyed feeding real words to book and alien words to alien. Sounds were fun. Disliked that some real words were considered alien, eg. quoll and fain. While fain is an old school word, it is still a proper english word.

Great little game for my young daughter. She really enjoys it and it is simple enough for her to work around (2y.o.). I would like for the sounds to be read slightly slower for the words before blending together.

was recommended by a friend and seems good, but I'm reluctant to pay for the higher levels because I can't log into my daughters account. She made some progress on her tablet, but it isn't being saved and I can't restore that on my phone to see what's going on, so not convinced the payment will work when I pay on my phone and she's on her tablet (using Google family link should work)

Tried the app out with the class I work in today, they loved it, and we used it alongside the sound I was teaching which was great! They wanted to do more 😁 amazing!!

I've just paid to unlock the levels and so far the levels igh and ie are not working when my son needs to fill in the blank letters for the whole word. So it keeps failing and he can't pass the levels.

Bought this app payed 7.99 and now a direct debit has automatically set up to come out at 7.99 each month??? How can I cancel this? Can someone please get in touch with me, I thought it was a one off payment!!!

I like the app the body is is I suffer with autism and mental health I can't read or write it's been like this for a long time and I'm 32 years old and I need to learn to read and right if you could help me out to find out where there is free apps and where I could go I feel really grateful if you could wireless covid-19 is going on across the world it gives me a chance to pick up on what I missed out on my own I left school and didn't bother learn ?

My boy is loving the game, it has all soubds as taught in my boys school. if I could give one improvement it would be to give the child more time to sound out and try and read a word.

My 4 year old son loves this app, the graphics and colours are great, and the English accent a bonus. One of the best phonics apps I have found!

Update: customer service got back to me and all issues were fixed. The app is working perfectly fine now. Would definitely recommend.

Great good Espanol clap clap clap clap clap I love this app but I had to delete it because it was not so good but still great I'll give you three star. / I don't really like that much and it's boring my brothers will not do it and my other brother will be going to kindergarten and he's not interested in this app this is why I gave it three stars emoji time

This was very disturbing when my child can not be able to continue with reading games since i can not buy other levels. The only thing i could do was to download the app now it is useless.

I subscribed 7.99 sounds but I have issues when level over you needed to scroll down to go other level it's always start from 1 side and other (L) sounds calling (o )sound it's wrong another thing make more challenges to.kid learn hard

Three game ward recommended by school. Works great after latest bug fix. My 5 year olds loves playing the game.

Really good game and kids loved it but only got to do 3 sets on each island then it asks you to pay.

We're using this app to teach our 4 year old to read. Her progress is fantastic!

I'm seriously thinking of paying for the extended app, my children have really enjoyed this so far.

Kids love it but keep pressing and holding and nothing happens. No good without this working
