Used worldwidely for school but is the worst app i have ever downloaded...Used money to purchase the books but just to see them become useless. "You viewer is empty" or the app is taking a century to not even loaded.
App crashes immediately when I try to open a purchased book. Useless.
I downloaded this app last year, I downloaded my Pearson Books onto this app, worked perfectly, I decided to download my new books today, however, it is always saying 'Empty Shelf' I have gone to the website viewer, still isn't working, I DID activate my book but it is NOT showing up. I really need it. Please help.
Please, please, please fix your apps and websites! Keep crashing and so slow. I'm paying for the book, very dissapointed service.
I wish it had audio as well.

it crashes when I try to highlight
This app is good but it can't close and whenever I try to close, it goes back to the home page. Please can you work on that.
It's always kicking me out, I can't make highlights, I always have to redownload all books I have.
keep asking me to log in and redownload the book and lots of time the book wouldn´t work, showing only empty page. very bad design app

It does not let me log on. I've tried in so many ways but it just doesn't work. The entire place honestly sorta feels like a scam.

I have the theme of my cell phone in dark mode, and it is practically impossible to read in this mode. I had to change it to be able to read.
Continually asks you to login, you can't use the app, don't bother with it.
You can't log in. Well, you can but it immediately kicks you back to the login screen every time you enter...
Trash like 2020. With all the business pearson is getting right now you would think they might put some money into their app development. Guess not. All of their apps are total trash.
How can such a well-known company have such a useless APP. Forever loads. Cannot download EPUB or PDF. Cannot view purchased books.

after the update, this nasty app disgusted my stomach, even my grandma's reaction is better than this kinky app.can u just go back the perior vision, i will thank u all family members.
please dont be an idiot and just print out chapter 12 and 13 in the year 10 textbook. i dont want to read an ebook.
I love this app. The interactive version is fun and easy to use. It works very well both on Android and iOS. Congratulations Pearson, for making our study a delight!
