Easy to buy movie tickets. I was then given the option to buy food from the concessions, but when I tried to, my theater didn't have that ability. Wish it wouldn't give that option, if it wasn't available
Great app. Does what I need when I I need it to. Interactive, easy, simple, and very user friendly.
Does what it says, but glitchy and poor responsive design.
User friendly. Being able to order your food in advance is a plus.
It doesn't work consistently, if you are looking for something reliable, don't bother with this app
Can't order food in the app...at least not at my location, but it only tells you they're having trouble and to try again in a few minutes.
Ordering tickets from this app is great. Everything is clear and easy to navigate, it feels very intuitive. The load times for pages can take a bit and since you are on a timer to reserve seats it makes things a little nerve wracking. Other than that it works really well for me!
It's 12:30PM, and I am trying to buy for a 1:05PM movie, but can't because the app says the movie already started. THE APP IS WRONG!
Some serious bugs that need to be worked out. I purchased 2 online gift cards. both balances are too low for ticket purchases now so it tells me when I'm trying to use it to also check the credit card box but it won't let me check 2 boxes at once. I tried to use them at the concession stand but they said they needed the full 14 digit code which the app doesnt have. useless. They also dont let you download ticket purchases so if the cinema's wifi isnt working good luck accessing it from the app.
Love this theater, friendly staff, clean - always a good experience.
This app is trash I live in New Jersey amd this retarded app literally bought my ticket for California. What's the point of the location being on ?
There are Ads in the App ! I don't know why there is a need for the ads. It's annoying and the loading time on the app is very slow.
The option to order food never works. It keeps saying there is a problem
I love my local Grossmont Reading Theater; but this is the worst app!! I have purchased tickets on and I dont get email. The nice staff have to go looking for it qith my credit card! Itw such and inconvenience because i holding the line!! I do not recommend using this app!!
Everytime i try to pay it freezes up. I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions throughout the year and its the same.
Should be more "at a glance" user friendly. although not surprising from this movie theater chain. They are lacking in many areas other than the reclining seats...
easy to use and is good for reserving tickets. a little confusing to navigate but you get the hang of it.
App works flawlessly, only problems occur when new movies and their showtimes haven't been inputted.
I love the theater I just wish the app wasn't slow. however it is very convenient and organized.
I live 10min away from this theater and this is the best way to get tickets so I dont wait my time going all the way there and it all sold out.

I don't have any issues with the app but the inclusion of ads is really annoying.
Cocktails, beer, wines not listed, on the menu can not be pre-ordered. Even if they can not be pre-ordered I would like to see what is available.
One word - RECLINERS I can't watch a movie anywhere else now, all movie theaters should be set up the Reading Cinemas are.

Very easy to buy movie tickets and see what's playing.
Seriously one of the worst developed apps on the market. Takes about 4 minutes to load the app, then click for your tickets then sit for 3-4 minutes for the tickets to load... all while you're standing there causing a backup of people to get in...
