Everytime I exit the app, when I go back in to continue reading a chapter, the chapter defaults to a prior chapter I've already read. Even if I restart my phone the prior chapter is still listed as the "new" one. It's incredibly annoying. I wasted money on the book and app.

I was trying to read a book that was advertised on fb. I'm trying to unlock chapter 10 and the last few times I've had enough coins to open it, it opens the chapters after 10. There isn't a lot you can do to earn coins unless you pay for them and the cheapest is $6. Other apps at least have a .99 option and allow you to actually read the chapter you are hitting the unlock button for. As much as I wanted to read the story I might just delete the app because it's more frustrating than it's worth.

The stories are quite good. But I believe you are more focused on ripping off your readers. I bought the last 98 chapters using coins and was charged more or less 8k coins for it (which was 3x more expensive than when I purchased 100 chapters prior from the same novel), but I cannot read the last 9 chapters without paying at least 300 coins per chapter, and the actual amt of coins charged did not reflect in my history. Honestly, you guys should learn to do business with a little more integrity.

Great selection of stories to read but the app itself needs work. You earn points reading each day, typical, playing a game, topping up, and there is an option to earn points by watching videos. All great, except for the issue where you can't watch videos...ever. the button is not functional. Multiple messages to the developer do nothing to resolve the issue and everytime the app is updated you hope the video option will be resolved but you will be sorely disappointed.

I give this app a 3 because I'm so disappointed at the exorbitant cost of the chapters. I will not spend a penny more on these stories. Other apps are much cheaper than this! Unless you reduce your exorbitant cost on chapters you will lose a lot of customers. What happened to 30 points or less per chapter? What a shame!

I like the app and enjoy the books but the seems to be a glitch or something because even though I have enough coins and it says I have 16 unread chapters it's not letting me read anymore in the story. Very frustrating

Pages and chapters jump around and rearrange themselves randomly. After paying $50 for more coins, the cost of chapters in the book I was reading went from 30-60 coins per chapter to over 400 coins per chapter. Contact Us link doesn't work and the Help chat is a bot that is not helpful at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. This app is worse than the other bad book apps.

Too slow to load chapters of books you pay to read and no way to get the entire book. Plots are very repetitive in the same book and books are unnecessarily stretched out. At receiving one chapter a day for incomplete books it takes over year to read o e book. So I need to be reading 5 books at one time. Too frustrating. Translation to english is very poor also.

The stories are good, but too expensive to unlock the next chapter. Navigation around the books is problematic! Going back to the bookshelf and settings it's impossible when using full-screen mode.

I purchased the monthly coin bundle. I was charged, but didn't receive my coins. I spent two days trying to get help from the customer service department, but never got the issue resolved. They only send automated messages that are of no help Probably the worst app I've ever used

Not worth it, the stories are decent, but the cost to unlock chapters is too expensive. Also purchased coins that I never received, contacted the customer service chat and instead of handling it properly they insist am I just lying. Not worth the hassle, many other reading apps.

You are just stupid what's your problem what you can do shouldn't be in the feature of your app at all .....how could once read chapter be closed back ....if you are tired you can just delete you app and rest okay .......it's really infuriating....once unlocked app getting locked back huh what's all that about ...😡😡

Very interesting story to read and inspirational betwwen the good and the bad. I enjoy reading the content of the novel. Thank you.

I buy coins and as I'm reading the book it skips and takes my coins. Also when I'm trying to cash in to get coin I can only get the 50 coins the other ones disappeared I can no longer see them.

The book im reading is good but the amount of money i have spent on coins to open chapters.... i could of bought the book 5 times over

THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! I bought the 9.99$ coin bundle three times only to find that instead of charging 30-40 coins per chapter they are charging 30-40 coins per page!!! And customer service is non-existent!

Most of the books are not finished yet and only post 2 chapters everyday and expensive. Readers are being ripped of money each day. Decided to uninstall it.

Purchased coins and never received them, earn coins and opening chapters and it opens the one behind it,this thing is awful as customer service button doesn't work!

Stories are good although the price is very high. Got started not realizing. I paid $19.99 and then $29.99. Still not finished and they want more money. I have a hard time not finishing a book. But no way on this. Good bye ReadNow app. Too rich for my blood.

Horrible why pay so much for a book that never ends what a trick . So I just did some math. The book a chose to read it will cost me approximately $200 to read it if i bouht the coins because lits face most people do not jut read one chapter a day. Also all the reviews i read are negative but they have a 4.7 🤔🤔🤔

Love this app or I wouldn't have spent what I have. I spent over $50 in 2 days. I have tried to get help "VIVA YOUR ONLINE FIXES TO NO AVAIL " I have purchased 4 TOP UP COIN PACKS IN THE LAST2 DAYS. only 3 of them went through. This is a first for me & I would have been OK to JUST overlooked it if it had been just the $5.00 package BUT it was the $21.00 package that I bought. I would prefer an actual credit to my book account rather than a refund

I have loved a book that I've been reading but why do the adverts jump??? The coins are expensive as its all USD. There are times when you buy coins then the chapters won't open then you have to close the app for it to work. Just need the chapters to cost less. Why don't the stars automatically become accessible

Customer service app is terrible and not helpful at all and never get to contact a real person. I want to know how to play the free videos because the button does absolutely nothing and I am rather frustrated. Never had these issues with any other book app😠

So I've been reading on this app and it was ok there are quite a bit or books, however while reading the chapters become more and more expensive while they seem shorter. The free coins that you get from checking in started at 30 went to 40-45 even 50 then fell to 15 or 10 when a chapter Cost 60 coins. With the current update free tickets went from 200 to 350 the settles at 250 points from watching videos for 50 I'm addition to only being able to redeem once per week! Come on developers! Fix it!

Although I like the story I'm reading I'm not to pleased with this app. I bought chapters and now it won't let me finish reading my unlocked paid chapters

This app is a total ripoff. The story is great but you have to spend boat loads of money to read just one book. I can purchase a published authors entire book series HARD COVER for the price of one book here. I highly suggest the creaters of this app drop their prices if they want to generate more business.

This app steals your coins. I was offered 200 coins for adding my email which I did but didn't get my coins. Then I did everything to get 200 stars to redeem 50 coins but didn't receive those coins either. I bought a top up bundle and I noticed coins disappeared and I hadn't even read a book yet. A waste of time and money. It's also impossible to get ahold of the "consumer service".

I've purchased the same chapter twice on here now and it keeps taking my coins but not unlocking the chapter. Its getting very aggravating

I like the stories on this app but I'm not a fan of having to pay for coins to continue reading chapters. Today I tried to read one of the books in my library, when I begin to read I noticed that half of the chapters in every book is missing it wasn't like that yesterday so what's going on with the app
