when i had brought first subscription everything was going good. but now from last 2 days i am not able to open the newspaper which i need. i had brought its subscription again but not able to understand what's going on. It is coming like there is problem in this volume please check it later. from last 2 days i am facing this. could you able to sort out my this problem????
Brings me fresh news from home state and city before others. It is part of my daily mental food. If I don't read it, I feel as I have missed something. Thanks for providing the paper in beautiful formate and easy opening.
Whenever I try to read something it show there is a problem to load this volume please try after sometime I uninstalled and install this app again and again but problem is not solved.
The app is not opening now. Newspapers are not being downloaded now.
Fantastic app to keep up with the news in digital age. Especially, in these pandemic days while we want to avoid any unnecessary human contact this app is a perfect place to enjoy news paper. Kudos to the team for excellent app. One suggestion: Most of the time, clipping feature behaves unexpected on Android. Clips are getting cropped. Please correct the same.
App has good initiative to read all newspapers which is good. But needs more improvements to make app stable. First one, Payment gateway. The amount is debited but always I am unable to read the newspaper, I have to wait for a day and send a mail to helpdesk to sort it out. This is a big headache. Secondly, The search option is not working as expected. It doesn't give us the exact result it gives something else. Please improve the searching capabilities.
The user interface is not good. Every time One has zoom each page of downloaded books as the default page settings have a very small font size. Its very frustrating. On top of that one cannot change the page settings. Please improve the UI like Flipkart ebooks app has. Thanks in advance.
Good app. But there is little improvement is make it secure app. Make it easy to see all languages magazine,, newspaper whichever is free readable.& Choosing language.city & areawise.
Application is not working from 3,4 day's
Very good app. Works best on Android devices. The letters are very crisp on Android. Easy to read. However, when it comes to Windows device, we need to use web-browsers and it is not very clear and crisp on web browsers. I have tried Chrome, IE etc. The question is - Are you going to publish the app for Windows device? When??
Being a regular reader on Readwhere, would appreciate this platform. Today, am here to bring to your notice a recent technical glitch. The Readwhere app crashes everytime it opens on Android OS 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) leading to sudden power off. Please fix the issue ASAP. Thank you!
Problematic app Every new day New problem Seems app developers are not paid properly It still going on creating problems and problems 1. You try to search for 'A' it comes with 'b' ,'c' ,etc. 2. Searching with buttons 'Hindi' and 'English' even on net results with message 'no data found ' 3. When you try to clip pages a pop up window always comes showing message 'There was an error in creating the clip. Please try later. ' Still you are saying that I have made an emphatic review.
Horrible app. I purchased few magazine on browser. They are not visible in the app, and reading on desk is a nightmare. Guys you need to improve it a lot if you want this to best market place to read. One should hardly have a reason to move out.
General experience is good. However , there is no option to view my purchased items and download them , all in one page.After buying a magazine , I have to find it again among other magazines to download.Also after downloading , many of them do not appear in my shelf.Please fix these.
I am reading Morning Standard newspaper using Readwhere. Awesome app, very smooth, overall great experience with User Interface. Browser version of the newspaper had advertisements, Readwhere has no adds👍 Plus I can zoom into high quality page and take important screenshots 😊
app dont have page rotate feature and cant download pdf or other format . zoom is not upto mark. after zoom page goes blurr on one side after scrolling also the blurr portion on screen is of fixed width on screen almost 40 % of the screen. to access offline books need to connect internet and then view shelf and then view offline downloaded mags. whats the use of download if can't use without internet ?
decent amount of free content like newspapers and weekly's etc. good reading interface. lots of payment options. easy to download and save our stuff in app for offline reading at our convenience.
there seems to be a bug. it keeps on asking to Upgrade within the app. and redirects to Play Store. but there I see no updates available... still the application keeps on promoting, even overriding othet apps and screens.. even after dismissing the notification
Good app for e news papers reading app. (Download options) .searching season is gone off. Team read where work is too much. Wish you best interest to update reader's choice App. Keep it up.
O really fantastic app for news and magazine . It runs in offline mode easily . Very nice app interface you can read any magazine here so please download this I started use from today and results is mind blowing. Thanks for making it
All the old magazines purchased are not accessible any more. Readwhere redirects you to the publisher's site from where you can buy again, the same magazines you already purchased through readwhere. The support team is working on this issue I reported since 1 month and the simply mark it as solved without actually solving it. This company has broken my trust and has tried my patience enough. No more Readwhere for me. I'm better off with Magzter.
This app doesn't allow to download magazines, books etc in pdf format. In this app, texts are not copied and highlighted. If I want to mark some important texts for future need, then I don't do so. That's why, please permit to download magazines books etc in pdf document format into phone, so that we can read according to our need. Please..
you should improve your app, after downloading the file , when try to zoom-in the file to read, all the word of the article become blaring (hesis), as a result I can't read the line properly, I complaint regarding this matter with screenshot (in feedback mail) but can't getting any reply / issue not fix with update😧
Facing issue to renew subscription. I tried many times by paying through by balance in wallet. But not successful. Then tried by paying directly by net banking. Still not getting. Use both the Web page and mobile app. Still not resolved.
They just sell subscriptions, no support. My subscription was not working and emailed them. They didn't even respond. Waited for 3 days and again sent one. No response. So just uninstalled and won't renew the subscription.
Worst app, I can't buy nor transfer my subscriptions. We can't access purchased magazines from *tab*, in a way you pay money for useless things on this app. Readability on desktop browser is almost impossible.
This app really helped me in getting hands on various current affair magazine like Competition in focus. Its not just a cheaper but also a better way of getting your favorite magazine without any yearly subscription fee.
Earlier rated two stars for advts.. now after recent update.. when i click on my downloads it shows deals page.. when i click on last reads it shows wrong images of the contents.. i mean when i read marathi newsletter it shows some south indian paper images as last reads... what's wrong here guys...
Worst experience ever. No customer support for the issues. I downloaded et wealth magazine after paying the subscription amount and downloaded file can be seen in app. But when I try to open a small pop-up comes "directory not available" and pop up goes away automatically. I sent email to readwhere team but no response.
