I have a kettle which I can control only with the on/off option and thermo sensor, without the possibility to schedule. The scheduling option realized as reminder with the question if I am ok to warm up the water upon pop-up. I can't do morning schedule without my confirmation. Kettle itself missing sensor for amount of water (can be done through external weight sensor - empty vs full). Missing integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, would be nice to have an external open API.
This app is good. But R2S Gateway is very bad, spent so much time trying to make it work, it shows endless "Connecting..." and in this app Gateway is offline.
stopped working doesn't connect
pretty good app for managing devices from a smartphone. Convenient interface. sometimes there were problems with synchronization(i don't watch it now).
After a few days app just won't start, hangs on "synchronization" forever. Restarted phone, disconnected my kettle (G211S) — nothing works :-( UPD: After long chatting with support, app was reinstalled and after that started to work once again.

I can set boiling color gradient blue -> green -> red, but can't set blue -> violet -> red. Range on color cycle should be reversible. It would be also nice to have transitions like red > blue > red > blue
Probably not essential to be able to control your kettle, but quite convenient at times. Would be great to have water level sensor in kettle.
If I don't have Bluetooth turned on, I need to exit the app completely and turn it on. Because if I try to do it while the is in background, it will not connect to my multycooker
The recipes for my multicook RMC-M92S are not there anymore. I have a kettle connected, too, and i have all the tea recipes in the world. However, recipes page for my multicook is blank. It is blank, too, in the SkyRecipes section of the App. Please, fix it.
For now I completely satisfied by the stability of app. It would be great if developers add an ability to set temperature sensor manually, not just from list of devices
Works fine, but it's an overkill to launch The Smart Home App just to boil some water. It would be cool to have a widget for that.
Yes it's difficult app
Why the application requires my country, gender and date of birth to function all of a sudden? How does it affect taste of dishes from multi-cooker? For RMC-CDB100S-E(two bowls) toast with "changes in control" link blocks bowl selection control for few moments - it's annoying.
Big thanks to R4S team for patience, and I apologize for leaving a bad review in your Gateway app. Somehow I have confused the two and tried to control the kettle with the wrong app. Now that it's sorted out - everything is working just fine. For now.
Works normal skycenter+google home. Some times sockets get freeze and only power reboot helps. Update: After firmware update (5.14) work stable with google. Thank you!
The app doesn't see my multicooker SkyCooker RMC-CBD100S i tried manually to connect but nothing helped. Maybe problem is that app recognizes model RMC-CBD100S-E and not mine. I tried with other phone was same. Please fix this bug. If needed please contact me through my gmail.
Using scales. History got broken, so I've decided to reinstall the app. Now I can't connect my scales at all.
After app is installed, I logged in, and it started to show me the animation with text: "Synchronisation" - FOREVER AT ALL. How to fix that
Cant connect two devices simulationesly. Kettle lacks calendar option witch would be very useful in separating workdays and weekends.
I like this app. It is great for me. But after my device updated to android 10, I can't connect the multicooker to my smartphone any more. Thank you for help! I fix it! 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
Setup is a bit bothersome, but works ok... I would love if there would be a way to export data such as log of the scales

Recent update has broken the connection to my kettle. Re-login/re-install/sync/anything else doesn't work. Good job! (no)
Lost access to both coffeemaker and teapot. Network search do nothing, BT devices not showing up in list.
It just says 'synchronization' and plays the animation forever. It's not working for me.
Fails to pair, device refuses pairing request, but phone is able to pair manualy outside the app, though this does not help, because you can not use the app nor does kettle work.
No offline or autonomous mode. I can't use my skybaker without online registration and I can't register because "server internal error". Worst redmond product
