Ready Maker

Some of my features are breaking permanently when I use other features. If I delete an instruction, the fade transition breaks for good. I also wish I could create characters within the app. It shows all the promise but it just needs time to bring it out. It really needs an update. I'll keep it but I can't really use it in its current state.

the idea is great but it's still quite buggy. The character cannot move over the entire screen unless the game is launched from edit mode. It sort of gets stuck in the middle and cannot move beyond the middle. On the pc the gui bugs when I maximize the screen. Some gui elements do not react at all or behave like they are somewhere else entierly. some things are not logical at all. like, why can't i swap the picture of a character at run time? tested on Android 9 and Windows 10

This app is very buggy and glitchy. First off, you should be able to choose whether or not when you duplicate an item if it also duplicates the events. Sometimes when you test the game there are different results than when you play it. It is almost impossible to make complicated games with this because it gets so slow and/or buggy. But even considering this, you can make some small games that aren't complicated. I wish you had the ability to copy a whole game and put it on your home screen.

Great app! I just figured out that it has an event sheet and variables! One problem though. For some reason, none of the pre-made art assets will load into any of my projects. I can't upload any images either. I tried reinstalling the app, force stopping it, clearing the cache, but nothing worked. Edit: it works again but I have no idea why

I'm sure the game is ok, but, I can't even use the app. it's not a problem with the password, or username. once i enter the menu for editing behaviors, effects, etc, i get hard-locked into the menu, I can't exit the menu. and speaking of that same menu, I can't even use it, it'll just take me too a white screen once i tap any of the icons inside of the menu. if you could fix this problem, or, if it's not a bug, add a tutorial, then I'll rate the full five stars.

This app is great and all but there is still some things to be added: 1. You should add a feature where you can import sounds from your storage 2. There is this glitch where everytime i stop testing my game, it gets stuck on one screen while i cant get back on the main screen 3. You should also add a feature where you can import animations or models to your game I have been using this excellent app for 4 months now.

This app would be fantastic if some controls were further refind or optimized for a moblie phone. Its almost impossible to move an object without changing its size. very annoying but not app breaking. Also, i randomly cannot select anything, forcing me to restart the app. All in all i do like this app, i just hope theres updates in the making!

This app is quite a bit difficult to use. I attempted to use the app, but it was a bit complex to use, and wasn't even capable of self-teaching it to myself. So, I tried the tutorials. They helped a little bit, but not totally. When they went straight to the events, they told me what to program it to do, but I couldn't remember everything they did to program it. When I did try to remember, I just couldn't. They should make the person follow along with the tutorial instead of just staring at image

it's a nice app, but it was a little too hard for me... and every time i played someone else's game, it always turns the screen into a phone screen after. pls fix that and pls make it easier, then i will redownload the game. :)

Great concept but a horribly buggy implementation. It's obvious that the developers are incompetent and never tested their product by actually making a game. Simple things like locking rotation simply do not work with other behaviours. Adding screen border collision works from the center of the object instead of the edges when clearly no one wants that and the edge collision is so bugged that my player gets stuck in a wall and can't leave. I could make a better app than this.

Pretty good, but I wish there is a way to make a 3d game, like 3rd person and 1st person with the option to see the players body in 1st person. Probably a 3d custom character creator. Apart from that, pretty dang well for a game creator. I love this app! Also another thing, with the joystick you can kinda glide, I wish there was an option to turn that off.

good, but there is a problem. The camera does not work, when I try to make the camera follow the player. It does not work, if I turn on "record movement then play, it does not follow the player. I then go to the behaviors and the record movement is off every single time. Also music or sounds doesn't work.

Pls fix the internet bug, I swear I have a stable internet connection, that's the only one problem now, you can't put an image in the canvas because of this bug. I just hope you could fix it. I'm counting on y'all, and also I will rate this 5 star if you do.

It was pretty good at first, but then after 2 or 3 hours of working on a project almost everything was suddenly removed. All that remained was 3 objects, a joint and the background. Not even the events remained. Please fix this bug as now a few hours of my life have been wasted.

Great APP. Aslong as people have an idea of how AI mechanics work, it requires a little more then drop and drag. Its easy to use, but one thing could be provided.. a better explination to behaviours etc. The information/tutorial provided in App. is not helpful. So I can understand others getting angry and frustrated. Clear cache both with a mobile sweeper and through the in app cache clean in options. Their are some great guides on youtube for those whom dont understand the basics of building a game with mechanics. UNITY option is awesome.

I'm a little disapointed there isn't a tutorial or something but it seemed simple enough at the time.... until it wasn't. I really couldn't figure anything out and it feels limited to minigame sort of feel but I guess I shouldn't expect too much from a free app.

Im a veteren to this game, ive always loved it, but now there is this glitch that doesnt let you import any custom features, like images, gifs, and music. For me, using and adding custom features is one of the most enjoyable parts of the game, so this bug just ruins most of the game for me, Ready Maker, Please fix this, and i will give a 5 star rating.

Having a bit of a problem... when I try uploading assets it just doesn't add them? I have allowed it to access files and re-download the app a few time but it still won't let me upload assets, if you fix this problem that would be amazing! I have used this app before and its great, just wish I could use it again

It's simple. Too simple! You'll learn more about object oriented programming by trying Visual Basic. There's no apparent way to create variables or manipulate values, not even basic arithmetic! If you want to create a program or game involving math, this is not for you!

This app is just amazing. It takes some time to get used to it. But it is just great! They have really supportive members when you encounter an issue and a really active forum. You can make games from any kind of genre and it has a really simple user interface. I would recommend anyone to get this app as it beats all the others by a huge amount. And, take my word for it. 😁

It just doesn't work properly on android, I can't upload my assets, backgrounds, anything at all when selecting a image it just goes back to a blank upload screen. So I downloaded it on iPhone SE and it did let me select an asset to upload but got to 100% then froze. So final verdict it just doesn't work. Might be ok for creating a boring game with the plain assets that come with the app. I would give this one star but it deserves 2 for atleast being partially functional

Is good the only thing I want is that have a save file system so if you make a game such as a survival. all the progress stay save in the device that play in it. the save system can be just a amount save in ID for that item. and you can probably save only 3 games at a time.

Every software has bugs, and despite its minor bugs, this is an outstanding software, for both 2D and 3D games. I also like their idea of integration with Unity3D. Best software, especially for those who are new to game development 👍👍👍

Very laggy with good internet, overall doesn't work. When i add a control pad to an object it goes off screen. Events don't work, buttons don't work, and the interface is overall garbage. Also, what the hell is arthur?!

For an app centered around programming, this sure is an unpolished piece. UI is buggy and slow. It caused a glitch in my Pixel 3 running Android 9 that made media volume fluctuate up amd down in cycles. Uninstalled before starting a project, so I cant comment on its functionality.

The app is great itself. But the reviews are not. I downloaded the app but the problem with the app is that it is not adding any texture or button. I tried many timed but it won't work. Please help!

Really unintuitive UI, with hard to navigate features and little in app tutorials. A common issue with advanced developers who create these drag n drop object assemblers, is knowing your own app very well, but neglecting to dumb it down to accommodate first time users.

So much fun and great and stable but you should make it where the jump button has a option where you can set it to have a delay time to prevent people from spamming the jump button so they can't fly. People who say this app is bad it isn't you just can't take the time to learn look it up or take the time you lazy muffins

I poked around in the app for a bit, then thought up a game that should in theory take advantage of the way Ready Maker works. My greyboxing left me debugging in circles until I realized I wasn't trying to fix the logic for my game, but rather work around the mess of a logic system in Ready Maker. I don't think it knows how to handle "And" statements in even the most basic way. I probably should have paid attention to the review score for the app before trying.

I find that the tutorials aren't very helpful, they're just short gifs that go by too quickly for me to process. I'd only recommend it if you know someone that's already acustomed to it, or if you have access to one of their classes.
