Ready Set Vacation!

While it's great to have a precise countdown, that is all it is doing.... I entered Portland as a destination yesterday and it wasn't pulling up. I had to go in today and edit a vacation that it created randomly to find Portland.... It isn't loading any activities either.... I guess I don't understand how to work the app... it said it needed more permissions, but wouldn't tell me which permissions specifically it needed. Then the pop-up disappeared and I can't get it to come back.

Help is none existan, I've messaged on Facebook messenger, I've emailed and no reply. I've paid the full amount and tried to add my first holiday to Sardinia and it doesn't recognise Sardinia. Also wanted help on adding a cruise which seems awkward or impossible. 🤷 Looks like I'll be trying to get money back

Great app with lots of information. When I had a problem the co found got back to me quickly to resolve the issue.

Local time for vacation destination is wrong. Not even close. For $5.49 it's way overpriced for the "pro" features 🙄 Immediate regretted paying for this

I love how I can see the day and local time on one page and the week, day, and hour countdown on the flip side! I can choose a pic from the provided region we are going to as well. In this case different regions of Scotland. Very nice how they also add covid information relevant to the destinations as well!! And many other awesome features!

Great way to count down the days until my holiday. I've used this app many times with no problems. Multiple countdowns would be a good option but not something I have needed to date. Good choice of background photos or add your own. Love that it also tells you the current temperature of your destination. Brilliant!

Great app, does exactly what it says. Shows the countdown in days, tap the box and shows it in weeks and also shows the temperature of your destination. Would be great if you could set it as your home screen but there may well be a way to do that, I'm not a technimalogical person so could have missed it.

Lots of really useful suggestions of activities for your upcoming holiday with option to book and reviews from others who have purchased previously. App itself is easy to navigate and gives a countdown to your holiday too. I only have the free version and that's enough for me. Just wish uploading your own photo wasn't for pro accounts only.

Ready Set Holiday is a great way to count the days. I opted to pay the tiny fee for the pro version & it's worth it for the range of photos available to use as backgrounds, plus the ability to upload your own. My only slight disappointment is that I can only countdown one event at a time.

Does what it needs to do for me. Added bonus of some experiences thrown into the mix tailored to where you are going

Still using. First thing we do after booking our trips is go straight on the app and put our next trip in. We've never had any problems and love the count down. All the family put it on and we screen print it round to get giddy. Then show each other the fireworks when we get to the bar Fabulous! 🌟

So far so good could do with somewhere to add notes, best I have used so far, would recommend getting the pro version. Like all the info that is available for each of the destinations.

Best holiday countdown app on the market!

Paid version wasn't a value. The free version is just fine. When I get confirmation of my refund I will change myrating. I fully believe that there should be a time frame to learn whether it's worth the money. Money refunded. Basic app is fine. Had to pay for widget... Ehhh. Free is fine.

Update: it's 1st July and I must state that I am not as impressed as I was with the app. Deleted it and installed again, but the background picture can no longer be changed. Not a 4 Star apparently, a 2 Star rating would be fair now. Downloaded this about 15 minutes ago. It appears to be a good app. I have now used the app for six (6) days and I am happy with it. 😊

This is a great app. So many good 2ays to tell you about your up coming holidays I used this app from 2018 2019 I had the app during covid and not 1 bug occurred I used it again in 2021 and again aswell in 2021 for a upcoming holiday in 2022 so for years it has been constantly downloaded on my phone hasn't made me re sign up or re register its great defiantly reccomend. It tells you how many weeks days and hours the tempurature there and also how many days and there time. All in 1 app. Worth it

I paid for the pro version. The local time of the destination is not correct. It's off by 4 hours. I contacted the apps customer service and was told they are aware of the problem and will fix it. It's been over two weeks and the app still doesn't work properly. This app is a waste of time & money.

Great app. Have almost everything I need. You have a count down and can have a nice pic in the background, but can you set up few different trips? I'm affraid this isn't an option. However it would be very useful.

Loving this app. Brilliant being able to have a checklist and also looking through the tours and being able to check prices is fantastic. Like how you can change the countdown to weeks or days. Very good.

I paid for pro but it's not working exactly like I thought it would. You can only plan one vacation and we have back to back trips planned. I did find the widgets for the app but I'm needing and wanting information for both my trips and it only gives for one. I'm uninstalling and would like a refund. Google won't refund me I truly hope the app will.

Have had this app for a few years it was good but now it won't display the weeks if there are 21 weeks it only displays the 2 .. it does the same with the hours if there are 16 hours it only displays the 1 .. i have uninstalled then re-installed several times but it makes no difference so i have uninstalled for good now

It is simple and basic, but I like having the countdown feature and the photos are great! The confetti at the end is fun too.

beautiful and elegant design. easy to use and a cheap one off payment for full features. lots of background pictures and a wonderful checklist.

Very good app, not only counts down to your holiday but gives important information, and as a bonus you can make lists of things left to do/get.
