Its awesome! Even though the challenges are there. But it one platform I'll recommend to people any time, any day without fears or doubts. One thing I like most about the app is user-friendly. A great team with an amazing human relations.
Sincerely ready cash app is fast and reliable kudos to you guys! The only challenge is that ready cash terminal doesn't deposit or transfer cash. Please you guys should work on this and resolve this as soon as possible is very important. NOTE!!! Using the app for deposit and transfers there's no print out of receipts and costumers always complain.
This app is exquisitely perfect and easy to navigate around it, Network friendly, understandable. I honestly recommend It. actually solves the users problems. This is the Application that I have never see in my life, is very reliable and well designed very simple and fast, you can send money with this app within few seconds. This App have multiple functions and receipt in any transactions you can find oldest transactions receipts.
The app is fast in transaction,,is ok, but my only problem is thier fee, is to high they should try and reduced it,they should have a fix fees for all transaction,,you guys should upgrade your POS machine to be able to do transfer and checking of balance,
As an agent, I have used other apps but READYCASH by parkway project has made life so easy and stress free for me. Usability (I do not need a manual) and functionality of this app made me believe great companies are still in Nigeria. Performance wise, this is best. No adds and does not make my phone slow. And the customer support is so so amazing This is just the best product in the market in short.
The app is easier to install and I believe it's going to be a good one. But my challenge is the Utility bills which you require. Afikpo as a whole doesn't have light for over six years now so we're do I generate utility bill from. Won't you make use of my National ID. Even the bank in my place hardly request for utility bill having known that it doesn't exist. I will complete my star if you consider me.
Very reliable and there charge are cheap, and affordable but improve more on your network, by making it easier for agents. Some times debit but failed transaction are rampant.But in resolving transaction issues, you are the best.
The app is very fast and reliable. I am very confident using readycash app. Their customer service support team is always readily available to assist whenever there is any challenge.
the stressful process of funding my wallet is a discouraging factor. i dont have to pay crediting my account which i will be charged for doing transactions. the only free option is to goto the bank which might be time consuming. my opinion; create a card reader link where atm card could be used to fund agents account for free which i enjoy on other app.
The network and pinpad is good but there is network failure most times, they should work on their network and bring down their rates, it's too high
Serious Problem Encountered Kindly be informed that I initiated a transfer from my wallet once, it was successful after a long period of waiting by the App. But I later discovered that the Money was sent twice from the App.
Readycash is one of the best MMO but my issue is the amount charged for deposit transaction should not be added to the real amount on the customer's printout copy. It makes customers price ridiculously. Pls work on it because it makes no sense, then I can change my rating to 5 stars.
This current update is massive.... Aside the pinpad being able to accept visa card now, the transaction processing rate is monstrous, I don't think there is any app anywhere in nigeria that can process transaction this fast.... With the recent update I believe ready cash scored it all before now they were second to some.... But now they are way on top of the ladder. Where the focus should be now is collapsing the main account banace and commission into one... Great job support team.
They made me upload all my information just to sign up including my photo and at the end it failed to register, the message I got when I clicked on register was failed and error. So annoying
This is the best App I have ever seen , always ready to assist whenever the need arises . The only place u people should work on is for the app to b able to b checking account balance for people because many people will ask me to check their account balance which I will politely tell them we don't check balance. please work on it . All the same u guys are still the best

Quite interesting that the app is working for some persons why for some other persons it is not being trying to register an account for over a month now and anytime I try to register the app crashes while trying to upload my picture and right now it not even going through not even on the web using Chrome browser it so frustrating

I like ready cash app. But the issue is that ,on my gtb app I can't find way to send money to my ready cash wallet unless I use diamond Bank app. And secondly how I speak or chat with customer service without using email.thank you . If I can get answer to all my request I will give the app five star..
After installing, I have not been able to register. Keeps saying 'Valid email required. Quite funny. An email address I've been using for years now.

This app is not working, I have try several times but the issue remains the same. when I am trying to upload mean of ID and utility bill, the app only blinks.
I gave this app 5 star since 2019 I started using it as an agent. But with the resent payment of eedc which token they did not provide after 2 months and when they did they provided token rejected by eedc till now. I am left with no other option to see them as scammers. Re fund my hard earned #2000 or provide correct token.
The app is incredible but there's 2 demerit I observed You can't save account information of recipients You can't see or download the transaction details. If you work on this part it's 5 star for you
I suggest that, each transaction should have a full details when you just look at it. For me I dont want to see minutes ago, so so hours ago, 1 day ago and so on. More to that, you should make a provision whereby an agent can generate his/her own account statement.

great app. But please I think you need to make room for transactions filter. I should be able to search only for transfers or withdrawals with a spwcific date. Thanks

Cool app. It can however do with: 1. Functional help file that guides one through, how to use available features (especially new ones) of the app, when necessary. 2. A link to the support bot on Telegram. 3. A shorter processing time for transactions, because the app processing a transaction for countless minutes gives the impression that the app is stuck. 4. A shorter response time to requests and queries raised by your agents.
