Worked fine for 2 years and now wont at all
This app is super, super broken. It will not allow you to sign into your account even though you can sign i to the website with the same credentials fine. I have spoken to the customer service several times and get a different answer every time. The customer service is a 3rd party vendor who have no direct affiliation with the actual card company. They are very, very incompetent on top of that. They have admitted that they are receiving tons of contacts about this. They need to fix this immediatley. Kind of a big deal when an app directly involves your money
It won't let me transfer money between mine and my wife's accounts. Utterly useless to me.
Are they serious? Makes me want to get a different prepaid card! After ten min creating an account I can't log in. Should be able to easily access my account through an app this is a joke
App keeps crashing. Very buggy
Having this app and card makes me hate the fact that I load money that I can't get to money was load it on my Ready Debit card constantly saying insufficient funds really trying not to get upset
I can't get access to my mobile app. Also not syncing with my online
It won't let me sign on, told me my login is wrong when I copy & pasted it from the website. Then when it does accept my login info it just hangs in the loading process...haven't gotten in yet.
I don't like the new app. You can't link accounts together like the old one. There is no bill pay. The I ly thing that is better is the card to card transfer.
It told me my login was wrong when I know it is not I called customer service the steps they tell me to do on the website does not work it's a crappy app they need to redo it seriously
Don't like where I can put both accounts together like the old app. I have to sign out and sign back into the different account. I do like how we can transfer funds.

Old app way better. Says sign in says username & password incorrect but then go to the computer username and password work just fine. Guess time to switch to a different card. Been with ready debit since 2010
Can't sign in, there was nothing wrong with the old app. Why do companies always change things that don't need changing but yet never change the things that need changed. Whatever, guess I'll just use the online website till its fixed...
