Poor interface. Can't connect through phone. Gateway doesn't work. No troubleshooting provided that helps figure out why the lock will not connect at all through bluetooth. Should have just purchased a Ring door lock with camera.
After dozens of bnb guests, the app su.c.ks very bad. Hard to keep track, freezes a lot, you can't order or filter. Just BAD CHOICE FOR AIRBNB HOSTING!!!! I'd be glad to help to improve if they reach me out
I created an account and tried to add my husband as a user. He kept getting issues that told him he didn't have connection but I was logged in just fine. I went to relog in on my official account and now I'm locked out?? I tried changing my password and it still says something is wrong. I'm confused
I'm willing to change this. After six months of no issues, then for the last 8 months they have been compounding. 1) There is no instant log of when people access the place. (I got a response to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did that but that didn't work). Life was still manageable at this point. 2) Slowly adds people's new code. But still worked. 3) I have messaged Reagle the last two days about the app not updating at all. I'm trying to enter new guests numbers and will not update.
