Works well. Food tracker is pretty useful. Repetitive foods could use little help, doesn't seem like what I most recently ate is always an option to pull up. Seems like that should be one of the first things. You have to save it as a recipe.
The program is great and the app is getting improvements! Yesterday spent some time with customer service and although they couldn't help or figure out the cause for all of the technical issues, I uninstalled and reinstalled and found an entirely different result. I am now able to do most of the things on my phone. I still can't sync with a Samsung watch or Samsung Health and although you can't save password or use biometrics, it does allow you to stay logged in for 30 days as long as you don't use another device. Improvement is very appreciated! Such a great program deserves a great app and great tech.
So far the infomation being presented is great. My issue is the food library and water amounts. I'd like to see the food options from my entire choices added; not just that day from previous entries. Also, the amount of water in ounces could have its own catagory. Sometimes I drink 50.7oz+/- of water a day, but the library only has the type of water to track. Overall the app is user friendly.
Coaches provide great feedback and with the interaction from the team (depending on the activity enrolled in) , you have a heck of a lot of support to help you get through whatever it is you are working on. The app is easy to use and friendly even to beginners.
User Friendly! All in one. Coach meeting, articles, tracking, everything in one place, all easy to use. Log weight, food, exercise. And content. There is also a livrary of every help video from hoelw to identify healthy ingredients vs unhealthy one, a plethera of kitchen helps, workout videos, and more! Allbin the app. Coach access, communication. I am very happy with it!
I had an issue with some of the features when I first got the app. The programmers did not leave me hanging, they kept in touch until my problem was resolved. It could be easier to add foods that aren't already in the program, and a water tracker would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise it's a great app & program!
It would be better if Bluetooth worked consistently. Some days it works, others not. I shouldn't have to keep uninstalling and re-installing the app and modifying permissions.
Love love love this app and their coaches. They are all highly involved and very helpful. They are practical and does work with our life style and approach our challanges with logic and science. I already lost 11lbs in not even 2 months! Not compromising a lot of food. Love their kits and materials.
The program really works. The only thing missing was 1 area to see the full nutrition of your day. The other app I use gives a full read out like a nutrition label.
Free program with my insurance so it is week 8 out of 52 that it runs. Down 17 pounds after the first 2 months. The weekly contact by a coach helps to stay on tract. My goal is to loose 100 Covid # that I gained sitting and snacking at home. We received a kit of items to help with weight loss goals. During the weekly sessions they pick one area to work on for the next week and check on progress on the last week's goal. My wife has even joined in to this program to loose a few pounds.
Thos app is only usable for sessions with my coach. Cant connect any trackers, or log anything. Contacted support so far no help been 4 days of trying. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times still doesnt work. I have also checked every setting in every app that supposed to connect, they say connected but they arent Update: Seems to be working now
This is EVERYTHING!!! Love how authentic and transparent Coach Denise is when it comes to holding me accountable on my nutrition and fitness goals and overall health journey. I feel so seen and heard! The app is so organized and on point in tracking your goals and sends you reminders. The app provides so much educational material to help empower and guide your overall wellness journey.
Easy to follow program with terrific coaching and materials. I would rate it 5 stars but found the tracking portion frustrating to use. I would like to be able to log licks and bites or calories.
New content everyday, lots of challenges and videos to watch. Helpful to keep you motivated.
So empowering and easy to get started, but you have to be motivated to change your life habits. Coach Billy is great!
This is great for me. Covers all aspects of health - foods, exercise, & supplied some things to aid in the journey. Real Appeal is great & Coach David is too!
I like the daily cards that provide information on nutrition and exercise. I like being able to look at the library to review previous sessions.
Update messed it up! Since the update it has skipped a week. I cannot get it to show me the week we are currently in and it also will not show me a schedule for this week's online sessions.

This is a good solid truthful program. This is the only way to lose weight and keep it off. This truth has been told many different ways. This way is particularly good. Yet, many people cannot overcome addictive eating and must seek other types of help. After ten weeks, I'm still struggling,but I'm looking forward to seeing how this program will affect me in the long term. Will it crack my stubborn eating behaviors once and for all?
Very good! Only problem is I have been unable to sync my pedometer to this app Tech support not available to me because I am on rally Coach membership, so I don't have tech support for my program.

Very friendly and informative only complaint is the food search options for logging your daily food could be better hard to find info when eating out.
Realistic dieting. I love the various new ways I can change my eating habits. Will excercise twice a day for 15 minutes each time.
Love the check in meetings. The group chats. The ideas. The learning. Wonderful program. The coach is wonderful.
It is truly motivating and extremely helpful. My coach is exceptionally smart and encouraging. I am so happy I made the decision to join.
I found out my insurance pays for the rally coach and have been surprised how logging in each week can really encourage me to think about movement and eating. I am not just thinking about weight, but overall health. Lost as much so far as a friend on noom, but way less expensive. They send you a bunch of supplies to get you started and it's actually helped.
It has great educational information on nutrition, exercise and weight loss. I've made more progress than I thought in 17 weeks.
I've never had an easier time doing a program like this! It's convenient, easy to follow, and really teaches you about nutrition and health so you understand why you are doing what you are doing. I never understood the importance of diet and exercise in unison. I'm also not a gym person at all, so realizing I could do other activities like hiking or playing Just Dance were just as good to get your body moving!
Signed up for this program through my health insurance. Getting lots of great tips and inspiration for putting healthy habits back in place. I thought I would resent the weekly team sessions but they are actually very enjoyable and help keep me motivated! Coach Billie is awesome! And the daily check ins keep my momentum up between group sessions. I haven't lost a lot of weight in my first month but I have not gained any and I feel so much more in control of my eating habits.
