There is so much to like about this game! BUT and that is a very big BUT..... there is so much WRONG with the game I would not give any stars because it messes up more than it functions. The problems I had before have been resolved but I do not change my rating. The game keeps freezing my XP level. Was stuck at level 32 before and contacted customer service and it worked for a short time but is now stuck at level 34.

I like classic slot machines and this site is great. It is worth it to make a small purchase to clear advertisements but not obligatory. I'd caution you on "breaking the piggy bank" since you get a coupon to use towards a purchase, and that most likely is not what you'd be expecting. I had some minor issues with loading and freezing but overall the play experience is enjoyable. I did discover a flaw in the scoring system for Vegas Solitaire.

Unfair play. It's bad enough to have interrupting ads but it's worse when you get "reconnecting" issues only when you win big amounts. The game locks up and you lose your prize. Obviously it's intentional so they don't have to pay you out. I have high speed internet and never have this issue with other games .

The app is not working now. I can't do anything because there is a circle like its loading but it never does. Please fix it so i can play. 😁...Update... When i get a big win the game freezes up and stops working. I have to go out and go back in and i lost my win and free spins. So tired of this happening. Its happened so much that I'm taking time to make this update.

If you like technical issues ,long waits for tiny free coins, empty reels & features that never land this one is for you . Too many issues to list , least of all the disgustingly over priced coin packs . cant rate less than 1 star . Uninstall .

This is one of my favorite games to play. However, I am frustrated because it has you sign in to Facebook to save your progress yet doesn't always save your progress. I had 29 Million coins and logged in Saturday and had only 700 Thousand coins. It has literally done this twice with no reply from customer support when I have contacted them.

After the most recent upgrade the game now has way too much advertisements. I know it pays for the game to be free. But each time you select a slot machine you have to watch a video. Whats even worse is when you want to exit the game you have to watch a video. Need less video ads.

The games are fun sometimes you win alot and free games the games are fun and a challenge. This is fun to win and I think it is fun. Would like more slots available sooner than waiting so long after you start playing. Like the slots are really fun

Also you can't level up if you don't have enough credits and other games allow higher selections on lower bets. if the requested game piece is for 2,500 then that option should be available not be forced to have to select 5,000 or higher. My apologies though and again thank you for the quick response.

It would be great if it didn't screw you over all the time. First mess up ... it gave me 15 free spins but then app all of sudden restarted. 2nd and 3rd mess up was a purchase and never received my coins. The app magically restarted with those as well!!!! NOT HAPPY. DONT DOWNLOAD.

Guys thanks for giving me a typical BS answer to my review. If you had really read my review you would know that I couldn't switch machines because the machine I was playing was the only one available. Your app is extremely low-pay, it doesn't have anything to do with lack of luck. That's how you've set them up. Worse, the ads are way too intrusive and players are misdirected into being forced to watch them before they can go anywhere else. Not worth my time.

Every time I click on slot game. It opens. The minute It spins. It just crashes. No way to contact any one. To fix glitches and bugs. This only way to get word out how bad it glitching and freezing.made me put 1 star

This has to be the worst game on the internet. When you get free spins a person would expect to win a little bit more than 6 tokens as a maximum. Folks, don't waste your time loading this game.... If you want to get no fun out of a game, then this is the disappointment for you. A complete waste of space on the internet.

The games were fun to play. However, if you don't by coins almost from the begining, you won't be playing very long. The bets seemed high and the wins....could've used a few more. What a shame, I really enjoyed playing. Won't be back....

I've had this app for about 2 years. I had around $35 Billion, over 8,500 bingo tickets, unlocked all the games, level status in the thousands & it's all gone! I tried opening the app & it stalled. Then it erased EVERYTHING. Customer service was nice but didn't solve my problem.

The game is great (when working) Right now there is a problem. After 1 spin the game just freezes in loading. Seems like a network issue (not me). It's been like this for a few weeks now.

Game is garbage. Multiple times game froze on big payouts causing me to close app and forfeit my winnings. I still have over 300k but just refuse to play a game that cheats it's customers. Other people having same issue so it's not just me. Developers know it's happening but won't fix because the less you have the more you might buy. But why buy if you don't get what you win. Incompetent morons. Time to uninstall.

Loading takes forever. Tried 5G... and my super fast WIFI. After the first 10 minutes of it "loading"... I restarted the game... which restarted the loading. Didn't even get to play 1 slot spin before I uninstalled the game.

Realistic, fun...until they just changed everything the other day and ruined it! Recent update has changed all the fonts and graphics. I can no longer play because the screen display is huge and I can only see a portion of the game now.

I'm about done spending money on this game (like a sucker). I'm not even winning real money yet I'm spending mine. It's unfortunate that it's my favorite game. Ad city! This was a decent app but its recently forced you to watch ads. I've pretty much given up on this one and moved to another that doesn't force me to watch ads

I really wish you could give a negative sign. This app is awful, I spin 36 times an only hit 2 credits. they don't give you enough to play on they definitely only want me to buy credit so you can not win at this game every other app out there is better than this one.
