Better features than the one through my real estate agent's spp. Wish you could draw a map around the area you want to search though.
the web version is much better. the search functionality doesn't work. keeps switching the search to Kentucky
I had to get a new phone and now i cant get past the tutorial. If i could include a picture you would understand what i am seeing. On my old phone, this was my favorite real estate app. But on this phone i cant see the bottom of the pages as the tutorial, the first 4 pages, take me thru. It cuts off what is said at the bottom of each tutorial page. 😩
I already downloaded the app but yet it keeps displaying pop ups for me to download the app when I'm trying to view a house you sent to me.
Screen always turns sideways. Every time I open it I can't even next what's on the screen. Very bad.

I was able to search for houses easy and quickly.
My initial review was "Junk". The reason is the following: I downloaded and installed the app twice. I tried searching for Income properties, and after selecting that filter it comes back and says no properties found. When I go back to the filters, now the Income properties is no longer there only House and Condo are selections. So I select House, and remove all conditions, basically selecting Any Any Any and it comes back and gives me zero results. I try to find Income Properties again, and it's not there. I uninstall and reinstall and start from scratch and the Income properties selection is there, then the same thing happens, it doesn't come back with any results, then when I try to revise, Income Properties is gone again !!! and the House selection doesn't result in any results. After 25 minutes and no results, I just gave up. I had to uninstall twice. I hope this clarifies my feedback.
Pretty decent app, I like to use it as a door to door rep looking for new leads on recently sold homes to which it's perfect for. A little buggy and slow at times but a quick restart fixes that. Also it's only in landscape mode so it's pretty annoying to navigate at times.

I highly recommend anyone to learn to keep an eye on real estate when you know you will be purchasing a home. This app is excellent yet recently I got new phone as I downloaded app again the pictures can not be seeing separately and won't allow to zoom nonetheless, it's good.
Mostly a great app. Have had a few issues over the past week with the map not showing all the listings (compared to desktop Movoto) but up until then was great. Hoping the bug goes away with an update.
Easy to use alternative to Zillow, I prefer it because they include information like distance to public transportation and greenspace in applicable listings. This is especially helpful for those who commute into business districts that aren't practical to drive into regularly.
The app sends helpful emails to me when new properties come up. On their website it shows how many photos are in each property description so I don't open those properties that have a small amount of pictures, which is good time saver.
My favorite Realestate go to App .. My problem has been not moving fast enough to get to see properties or something else happens in personal life preventing a move. But there is zero need to use another app for searching for the perfect home to suit your needs. Hamds down #1 !!!
It's gotta be one of the best house buying apps out there, I requested some info on a house and within minutes somebody was reaching out to me, I was really surprised, and then they didn't really bug me , just a follow up e mail or a call if everything went well, that was it, really impressed..
The most annoying thing a app can do is make you view things you don't care to view number one if im look to just purchased lots with a purchase price of no more then 20k but I can't because the minimum is 100k so I set to view min to Max for price and for some reason it's still not in order...
best app to look for houses
It's a horrible app 😫 I can't see the houses on this horrible site I don't want this every time I try to uninstall I'm still having a problem with this app..and it's slow 🐌 hate it 🙄
I downloaded this app to try & then decided to uninstall. it won't go away. It continues to send me home. And even though I used filters, the homes that continue to come are not even close to my price range. How can I make it stop completely? I have tried to uninstall several times and restated my phone and nothing works

This app really helps you in the home buying process. The app provides homes to consider based on your search criteria. You get updates frequently and you can adjust the frequency of the updates. The app provides a value for the house you're considering in comparison to the asking price. Helps to see if a house is over / under priced. I now use this app more than zillow.
Installed, run it. Getting to screen which explains how to use app, swiped all 4 pages and what next? No OK button. App just sitting on those 4 pages, I can swipe them left right and nowhere else. So app not functioning.
