Antivirus found intrusive adware on this app, the app itself is one of the best for roi and coc calculations
App is OK but ads are extremely intrusive - video ads every time you go to the next screen (4 video ads just to get results for one property.)
I would suggest the following three improvement to make it even more useful and attractive. 1. Add Seller's Credit on the 1st page under Price 2. Add a Summary Result function to reflect the total investment results for all the properties entered, and 3. To add a page so that a second loan can be entered and factored in the results.
You should allow us to input our own expenses. And I believe you need to include principle paid down on mortgage to accurately determine ROI.
Love, love, love this app for building accurate and consistent projections for investment properties. Only one I've tried and continued to use.
I am an Investor that buys residential properties and I use this to calculate bills, profits, changes in expenses a property, etc. A very useful app for when I am shopping or reviewing my own properties.
My only suggestion is that it would save your last used data. I still agree with my previous idea.
My first impression of this app, is that it's great. Fun, quick, property analyzer when you want to think about the nitty gritty details of a property. Obviously you need an accurate source, but for what this does, I find it really interesting and useful.
Does what it does well. Needs improvement on sharing results in a more fluid way, a report that's more friendly. But it works great for my needs.
Fastest simplest easiest to use and understand. Others I tried were unnecessarily complicated. For phone app you need simple and quick.

This app just simplifies things for real estate investors. I love it!
I really wanted something to save my data input and it does it. Excellent! I'm a property invester so I need to calculate the amount of rental income I receive as part of the end result. I would add "number of units" and "rent per unit" so I don't need to calculate this on the side.
I've been figuring these numbers the hard way, and this so just made my life so much easier. Thanks!

This is great app I use it all the time! I even sent a snapshot of the information to my buyer or seller after doing the computations. They love it and it's easy to read.
