it would be nice to be able to enter what the seller wants in their pocket and have the app work out the final sale price and display the commission and VAT.

Very handy for quick commission and tax calculations!
App looks good but does not allow for brokerage commission splits such ours, 7% on first 100k, 3% on balance that we charge sellers. Only allows split commission share between broker and agent.
This app is a godsend! No more trying to guess what I'm netting after referral fees and partner splits. Works great!
