Every time I try to see the pictures a ad covers them, then it won't clear and I have to start all over again, plus the property's that are listed are over 7 months old, surely if they are still available there's gotta be something wrong with them.
Found wanting. The app is useful but DESPERATELY needs more filters, as well more characters for realtor descriptions, more than one photo (yes, you can really only see one photo) of each house, and more basic specs (acreage? does it have a garage? how many floors are there?). Nice concept but extremely disappointing execution.
Not an easy place to browse for properties. I have only tried this ap for a day and unless the person listing the property includes their contact info in the description the request information button takes me to contact agent and from there to register and then nothing happens, no further informarion is given. It is the same on the ap and website. I would be able to tolerate the excessive amount of ads if it actually worked.
Daily updates for properties marketed as new-to-market which have already been sold months and sometimes even years previously. I put property search types in but only seem to get daily updates for the property types that I specifically excluded. Most of which are out-of-date. Good idea, pitifully poor application.
Wow, this is unusably bad. Somehow even more ads and less search options than the website. It's 90 percent adds for things you didn't search for and the sort functions don't even work. Marginally better coded than throwing 1s and 0s at a word document and hoping it makes a usable app. Barely.
Absolutely useless !!!!! If u use the button to obtain more info about a property - u never get it. If u click on a property to view it, it just shows a grey dot in the centre of the screen. I forwarded a request to the developer to better / increase the app - nothing came of it.
I've been using for about a week. I cannot save my search, only the houses themselves. Every time I open app it will default to FOR SALE. I only want rental. Should what I want to see is on RentDiggs, that's a whole new issue. I'd like to have a saveable search and NOT be directed to RentDiggs. This app really deserves 2* at the most, but giving 3 due to having found a few hoses.
All of these listings have only one photo. I can't make such a big decision, such as buying a home, if there aren't more photos to look through to see if that property would be worth my time to look at. This app should require people listing to post multiple photos.
Why are listings not displayed on the map? I don't want to have to open up a listing and then have to scroll down just to find out that its on a neighborhood I don't want to live in. The devs should take a look at how other rental apps look like. This app looks like it was modeled after newspaper technology.
Really rubbish at searching for a property, the filters available cannot narrow down your search, you are scrolling endlessly through 100s of results. To the point you give up searching as you feel you already scrolled past that property before.
As a dog owner I would like to see a filter setting to search for places that accept dogs. I also put in a search filter for a single family house, but this app shows all apartment ads. Lot's of advertising bloat. Long loading times.
Old add shown, limited search options (searched area very rough, type of real estate not possible, flat size not selectable, extra features), if a notification for a new one comes in, there frequently are none to be seen... All up, disappointed most times when I look at it.
Great for notifications, but that's where it ends. The layout for each property is rubbish. Can't tell what property your looking at. Uninstalling now had enough. Let me know when it's better put together.
Prefer of trash app. You sweet the filter to show house only and 85% of what you will see is apartments. There's very few ways to filter your results. It would be easier to find an ad in the newspaper.
App is hard to use. But the main issue is most of the properties coming up are weeks or months old which makes it completely useless when trying to find a rental.
Trovit has shown me some good ads online but the app is a waste of time. The filter options are useless and very far off from what I'd actually need to be searching for. Good idea, horrible execution.
It's terrible..keeps sending places that were Let ages ago, and most of them not even my area...and you can't navigate around the app...I am going to remove it
None of the information is sufficient to get an apartment or home rental. Photos are low resolution or non existant and listings often have incorrect price information.
Terrible layout and it posts ads for property that isn't available! Trovit listing says i.e: "One day ago". Look it up via Google and find out it was sold a while ago... This keeps happening again and again. Absolutely usuable!
I loved this app at first. The number of houses available and the clarity of the pictures really appealed to me. My frustrations began when I started requesting HC/section 8 voucher listings. The list was inundated with individuals who had posted in that section, but really weren't open to HCV/section 8 tenants. At the end of the descriptions they read "NO section 8!" If landlords don't want sec.8 that's fine - but stop letting them post on those lists. It's misleading and waste renters time.
This site is the best site to find wheelchair accessible accomodation Always struggled/couldn't find suitable accommodation, but alot more choice on here and the fact you just type it under preferences and a whole list appears, including many overseas especially Aistralia. Well done
Long list of filters?? I don't think so. The app provides very basic filters but I have to know if the rental I'm looking at will take large dogs but there isn't even a filter for animals!
WTH? The filters are a joke! Does not allow you to put in any requirements (fence, pool etc) and price limits are ridiculous (150k, 300k, 450k etc) if you want a house in the 200k range, you have to look at houses 100k more... IF it were to bring up any. With this app the hundreds of houses for sale for 250k and under don't show.
This is really bad, very bad dont make apps you guys should just quit I have st least 7 things wrong with this app major things and you know what? I cant even be bothered to list them but I'll give you one , when your showing the houses wh would you not list the superb or addres on them ? It just says the major city that they are in ,???
probably the best property searching app out there but what would really make it good is if you could have negetive keywords ie. "retirement" and group keywords together ie. 'in need of'. also if you could search for land! that would be great!
Can't access any map features which is unfortunate, I'm fairly sure they don't have one despite the pictures advertised in this playstore. Also most of the properties listed are either old and gone or hosted by rentola or rent hero which require a paid subscription to talk to the landlord. And there's no feature to not see properties hosted by them so it completely clogs up the feed. It's just unusable.
