Real Vision

My biggest issue with the app is that trying to search for videos on it is horrible. Nothing relevant ever comes up or the screen just gets stuck on "loading". Also, PLEASE add the arrows to rewind 15 seconds or fast forward 15 seconds. Also, would be great for the audio to play on the background even of I lock my phone.

App is totally broken since start of the week. Immediately crashed on opening. Cleared cache and now it fails to log in so I cannot watch any content. I can log in fine on a browser so it is definitely an app issue on Android. I don't have any apple products so cannot speak to whether it is both mobile platforms.

Platform and content are great but app is really quite slow. Audio download doesn't really make sense when you can't play it while the phone screen is off.

The content is amazing but the app keeps crashing at various points. The downloads are not available to use offline (the app crashes) which beats the point of downloads. Also you can't read the transcripts in landscape mode which makes them unusable on mobile. When playing an audio then the app is shut on the background every 1min because of battery saving. This is despite having allowed the device battery saver exceptions for the app. Playback always starts from 0 not from where it left off.

This app isn't ready. It needs to go back in the oven. The content is so good but rewinding and fast-forwarding within a vid is not possible. Or if it is, my little brain couldn't solve this riddle. If you close out of vid, you have to start over. What kind of insanity is this? And I can't cast from the website. Hmm. Smart investment advice, not so good with tech.

Hi there, I love your content, but there is an issue with the app: the video/audio always stop shortly after I lock my phone screen and I have to turn it on again for the audio to continue. I got the same issue on both of my Android phones. It would great if you could fix that. Thanks!

New update won't allow audio downloads to be played in the background - app won't even allow split screen or pop-up features. Terrible as I primarily download audio versions to play at 1.75x speed while driving - not gonna be able to get use of my membership if I am required to leave the app open at all times. Please fix this problem or I might as well ask for a refund on my membership - completely useless to me in this current rendition of the app Update: nothing has changed (9/3/21)

The new version of the app is really disappointing. I wish I could revert. If you haven't updated, don't. Now you can download audio but I can't use the app in split screen anymore and cannot find where my saved videos are. Not sure what were the improvements were.

App won't let me log in. Freezes up on every attempt. I tried every troubleshoot possible. RV please fix it.

2 issues: 1. When I return to the app, all I see is a blank screen. I have to always clear the app in the open apps drawer and reopen it. 2. There's no video progress bar (like YouTube) that lets me quickly go to a certain part of the video

Good app so far. Add ability to play in background/play when minimized (similar to YouTube app) would be excellent improvement. I spend a lot of time driving, need to switch maps, etc, to top which stops play. Great content as always, of course.

Chromecast was supported initially but since removed and doesn't appear to be coming back any time soon. Would much prefer to watch these videos on a TV than on my phone.

What happened to Chromecast support with the latest update? Really think it's a must have option for a streaming video service, otherwise the functionality is nearly identical to the mobile website.

Great content but terrible app. Can't play files in the background, can't speed up random videos but others can, sometimes can't download properly and just takes ages to load even on wifi. Needs a rebuild, please.

Insanely buggy app. Videos do not play without hiccups. The interface is primitive. No video casting options for an with a large amount of video content. Expected much better from you guys.

The app doesn't let you bookmark videos and return to them later. The loading is kind of slow at times. I like the service, but the app could use some improvement.

Great content, terrible app. Have been asking to be able to play audio in backgrounds for 6 months. Still not fixed, seriously thinking to cancel my subscription.

Please add a download video option similar to what netflix offers. useful when eg you are on a flight. Also, could you please add an app for smart TV?

Worst app I ever paid for ... Bought the PRO subscription ... Great content, but this app is completely incapable of showing it without major errors. It's absolutely not, "Exponential Age"!
