The app would not do a search which makes it rather useless. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, same result. After a long wait for it to display search results, it would just say 'invalid input'. It used to work until about a month ago.
Search engine is frustrating when selecting suburbs. You must type in each one individually (no multiple selection) and if adding more than 20 suburbs (after all that lengthy effort) it comes up with an error message...it can't handle the request... So you must start again
It's frustrating that the app shows "100 out of 433 results" for my search. I am only able to see less than 25% of the properties supposedly on the market. It used to be if you tapped that bubble it would refresh showing more, this is not the case anymore
The itself is functional. It is usually my go-to when renting. But recently, after my latest search, I have been spammed relentlessly by advertisers. I suspect that some ads in real estate are used to mass collect emails for email campaigns. It is the responsibly of real estate to address this by forcing advertisers to only have opt-in campaigns instead of being subscribed by default.
Nothing loads. No images have loading for the last 2 weeks, and the search function doesn't load. I have the domain app which works fine, so it's not my network or data that is the issue. Very disappointing.
Search filters are rubbish, they simply don't work and many listed properties that meet the criteria are not shown. It's almost like some agents pay a fee to be more favourably returned in search results at the exclusion of others.
This app is terrible, the filters don't work well especially excluding under offer... it's a waste of time, I'm using another property app that actually works and is much better.
App keeps getting updates that make performance tremendously worse. Real estate is incredibly important and for some reason this is the most popular app in my local area, meaning we don't get much choice whether we use it or not. Doesn't help that the app runs very poorly and things like collections of properties aren't saved to accounts, but just stored in the app, meaning if you get a new phone or have to reinstall the app because it continually crashes, your collection is gone. Awful.
Images not loading anymore without a long delay (for about 1 month) . App is painful to use now! Very laggy and poor. Forced to go elsewhere - was great in the past but now unusable.
Poorly tested. Changing my map area results in an invalid input error. Filters don't work, was looking for an acreage to rent the app does not allow me to filter on acreages, yet when I browse through rental listing with no filters I can see acreages. Links from Google searches to app does not work. Such a shame as a good competitor to Domain would be a welcome addition. Tip: Rushing features that are flaky does not make you competitive release it after testing.
It would be nice if the exclude properties listed by deposit actually excluded them.. not to mention those that have leased on them, so time wasting scrolling through all of the taken properties when you come to the app looking for a vacant one 😳
map search inaccurate. won't show all available properties even with no filter selected. Android compare to Apple ios seem to have different results aswell
map function could be better and more accessible, which is why it's my second preference for realestate apps.
Recently adverts which you cannot get out of have ruined this app. Having to close and restart an app after viewing one property listing is not OK. Way to go on ruining your app!
often the details are not very well updated, but I love that there are many properties represented. I also like the layout of the app
It's a important app these days and it won't even let me upload documents to help with my applications .I paid for the tenant check ✔️ and can't upload as i have a andriod and its not up todate but i have just downloaded it with the latest version go figure sort this out . It makes it even more stressful let alone there is bugger all rentals atm .
Easy to navigate, search. filter and store your searches. Good help with making one of the most important decision one will in life.
HELLO!!!!! Would it be hard to allow us to copy and paste the address??? Some would like to use waze instead of google maps.
Cannot clear notifications of old searches so constantly getting out dated alaerts. Domain has a better app.
The app is ok but has too many sponsored ads. It also doesn't provide an option to filter out Auction listings. I'm only interested in properties with a fixed price so I've switched to a competitor app which does provide this option.
Pretty good app, but there needs to be a filter for student-only accommodation. When trying to find a place to rent as a non-student, it's frustrating to see the search filled up by places you can't apply for.
the problem with your app and website is it isn't reviewed. there's properties wanting $2m plus that are coming up in searches for below $1.5m. there's issues with the land figures, people putting acres and hectares instead of metres. car parks are the worst, make it under cover car parks, not the driveway or on the road. it's false advertising.
I paid for the tenant check and it wasn't attached to my profile. When I fill everything out then save and continue, it did not save everything I filled out and all my documents I uploaded. Everything disappeared that I had to redo it all over again on a number of occasions.
Do a search for properties for amounts under 550k and first one always is a property for 850k no way do I want to see it waste of time using the app.
Getting fed up with these forced updates, which only serve to continually log me out and which offer no improved functionality or addressing of user complaints. The latest forced update... a font change and introduction of the new feature..... key press lag . Idiots!
Filters don't work. You want a property in a price range. It then shows places with prices outside of that range. You don't want to waste your life seeing places that are sold, under offer, or contract. Forget it. The first properties to come back clearly indicate UNDER OFFER, UNDER CONTRACT. You might wonder if the programmers understand Boolean logic. I doubt it. Unless this is deliberate.
