The app seems to be pretty limited still. Listings are not very complete (all the ones I looked at show HOA fees due, but not how much) and there's no gallery view to look at all photos at once (swiping through them one by one is slow).
If you are a serious buyer, I highly don't recommend you to use reali. Yes they may save you money, however, that's based on if you are able to buy a house through them first. They are slow to response showing request and by the time they responded its normally rejected. We requested showing for 5 times, at least 10 different houses, not once it was successful. I eventually gave up the idea of using them after the 5th unsuccessful try.
This service charged me rent to buy my own home. I asked multiple employees, multiple times (verbally and with a papertrail) for all of their terms/fees, and was told there was none. Then, when I was contractually obligated to buy a house, Reali then finally decided to tell me they wouldn't honor benefits they advertised, and that I'd have to pay rental fees during a buyback period. We specifically tried to avoid this situation, and we feel lied to. Checkout Homefly, their competitor instead.
Only services California so it is useless to me. You have to provide a phone number to sign up, after you do you will get a text asking if you want to be called. Even if you reply no someone will call. Props to their call center I suppose though, I did not expect a call a few hours after installing the app. I politely told them no thank you and we hung up. Now I'm getting phone calls at 3 and 4 am from a private number. Can't help but feel like the random phone calls are related.
I had a short term need to move on a house that dropped significantly in price before it sold to someone else. After messaging them in the app, I didn't hear back that day, or even the next day. It took until a week later when I sent another message for anyone to ever respond. She called me as well, and was friendly, but at that point it was too little too late.
I hate that it forces you to verify a phone number and email before even seeing what the app has to offer. You will get calls and emails even if you decline them at startup. They only service 5 areas in California so the hassle and harrassment doesn't seem worth it.
very hard to navigate throughout the app, once you punch in a zip code you're list is locked unless you click on map or change the zip code.
I really didn't get a chance to explore the service. Quality and style and some areas weren"t what I am looking for for me! Alice Delgado of Roseville,CA.
It looks nice....but beware if you plan on searching outside of California....they don't mention in their fancy eye catching ads that the app is ONLY servicing the state of California and NOWHERE else....good if you want a house in Califormia, BAD if you plan on searching elsewhere....def a 👎 uninstalled smh
I downloaded it and it gave me a list of 5 or 6 states that I was looking for a house. but it only listed houses in CA because that is the only state they are servicing.. terrible app misleading...
Too many Bugs - App not loading says no internet connection. Site doesn't let me add filters. Too many fake reviews to bump up app.
Doesnt show homes in areas that I want. Looking to move to fort worth, tx but it shows absolutely none. I'll stick to the Realtor app
Just an FYI. In the state of CA, the seller pays the commission. It's taken out of the sell of real estate. The buyer DOES NOT PAY COMMISSION! A little misleading to potential buyers. No the buyer shouldn't be paying 6% commission because they DON'T. JS... Oh and also, commission is always negotiable with the broker.
mostly have to jump multiple tabs to get to right view. search is still lagging behind most other competition
I downloaded the app to see what it's all about, the app asks me when is a good time for someone to call me. I didn't reply, just looked around then deleted my account. Then someone called me anyway! I did not solicit a call! Get a grip!
Too early a roll out. Only has homes in 6 cities and the search function doesn't work for Seattle. Didn't you beta test this?
If you want to get bombarded with phone calls and emails from different realtors everyday then this is the app for you.
put in a city in search and it tries bringing up streets local to you instead. cant change most settings
only works in California. Has a real estate bait and switch feel to it.
Such a poor app and poor services. Facts around a house such as school score is missing. Connected to bunch of redundant agents.
This app only does certain states Georgia wasnt even recognized on yhe search bar
keeps refreshing the display. on its own.
reading the rates amd responses i fear the worst and command the best so im uninstalling before i malware my device by physhirme n, in a viral destruction kick... l8 it wont ket e leace this message typical
I am looking forward to investing in a property and this app is what i was looking forward too.
no info about house when requested just a bunch of blank emails . dissapointing.
The best app for buying and selling real estate!
Cannot open unfortunately. It says I have no internet connection which is not true.
just wanted to check out the app but they force you to sign up..
DO NOT BUY A HOME IN CALIFORNIA. California does not care about their combat veterans and they allow combat vets and tax paying, law abiding Americans to go homeless under the freeways. I am a California refuge and living happy in Nevada. There are better homes for half the price in other states.
Your team has some real problems to work out. Signing in with Facebook gives "Yikes!..." error message. Same when I move from one window to another. which prevents my 2-step auth. I'd like to use your app. Any suggestions? reinstalling doesn't help.
