Realist Mobile
With the Realist mobile app, registered MLS users get to:
• Search for any residential property in your area
• Search an owner’s name across multiple counties simultaneously
• View the Subject property and Comps on a map including the estimated property values for the surrounding homes
• Access summary Property Details with the list of Comparable Sales
• Quickly view your recent searches and add favorites
• Email the summary Property Details with the list of Comps to yourself or clients
Get the details of all the houses in a neighborhood while on the go with Realist mobile. (Currently not compatible with Android tablets)
Note before downloading:The Realist mobile experience can only be used by licensed real estate agents, brokers and other affiliated professionals that already have an active MLS subscription with a valid username and password. An active Realist account is also required to use this App. To register now, access Realist on your desktop and click the “Realist Mobile” link in the upper right corner of the screen. Don’t see the link? Contact your MLS directly for assistance.
If your MLS does not currently subscribe to Realist, please contact them to ask for it.

Used to work, but not very user friendly and now crashes every time attempting to login. In recent years, other apps have proven more resourceful, which is sad because I used to use this all the time while in the field.
App crashes. I followed the directions to Register and Activate the mobile app from my desktop. Still not able to use the app at all. Edit: I called CoreLogic and they stated that there should be a new app in March 2020. We will see.
Was great. Now can't log in. Can't get a new password. Tried cust service and no reply. Solutions would be welcome.
Same issue as twelve months ago -- It won't allow me to sign-in, giving me the "Connection Timeout" flash every.. single.. time.
Used to work with old phone. But now it's crashing everytime I open the app. What's happening?

Waste of time
This used to be a great app but no longer works properly. Google message says app stopped working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Sent feedback to Realist and Google. No customer service info. My MLS has no idea how to help.
App crashes every time I tap on a property. Left feedback but no response.
I don't appreciate that it comes up on my sign in and I can get rid of it.

Connection time out prevents login. Server side support appears to have been discontinued for Android. Do not waste your time.
Create a log in through a link on your MLS. For NTREIS users that is in the upper right corner of the Realist Screen. Once you create a log in you will have to verify via email to activate the account.
Unusable. Keep getting the "connection timeout" error message. Running on a Samsung Galary S8 Plus and Android version 7.0.
Terrible. I log in and just get a black screen and nothing happens. Awful.

Can't open vacant land data even though you can find it on owner search
I contacted my local Realtors association and they informed me how to login to my account. Your mobile account is not setup yet and needs to be setup and verified before you can use it. It is now working great. I saw the bad reviews and looked into finding out why so many were having the the problem.
