I used this app for a clinical trial. The goal was to prompt me at certain times of the day to answer questions, and it did not do this well or consistently. Frequently, even while being on my phone for the entire hour the notification was valid, I wouldn't be notified. I would then be marked as missing the notification, making it appear I was non-adherent and causing the researchers to miss out on data for their trial. Other apps have figured out how to consistently push notifications through

The notification works fine, but the crashing is the problem. Whenever I've been trying to do surveys, it crashes and whenever I go back into the app, the survey disappears and I cannot complete it. UPDATE: Do not press the home button on your phone. When I accidentally did that and I went back into the app? The survey was gone and I couldn't even continue it. Down to 1 star now. I DO NOT recommended this app! Waste of space on your phone.

Completely lost all my data and won't let me log in to get it back. Also never got paid for the surveys I did and Completely wasted my time. Keep getting log in error message. Update: able to log in, but my data is gone. I had 82/84 done on a survey. Not happy.

Sign up was not an issue, but i do not get any notification (which is necessary as i only have a 30min window to compete tasks). If i open the app then the notifications all pop up at once, but by then they have already expired. Push notification are turned on in app and in phone setting - but still nothing. not very useful at all.

Notification system doesn't work properly (oftentimes there is no notification) hijacked alarm somehow or changed its notification noise to sound like an alarm, notifications expire for no reason which results in not being able to answer the surveys. Overall a poorly designed app.

No push notifications. If I open the app I see the notifications but I don't get any push notifications. Notifications are on in phons settings but I can't even go into "Push Notification Status" on app (nothing happens when I click on it).

For some days, i am using this app. Its simple and easy to use. Although my co-ordinators data list is huge.despite that, This app feels lightweight and simple which i prefer.but i think the design could be a little better.a little color would feel nice.

Can't even sign up. Just tried to make a login and every time I hit the signup button it just shuts down... Tried to re-install and same problem.

Had to use it as a participant in a study. Horrible app: very inefficient and worse: it highjacks the alarm clock.

Notifications do not work. If you are using this to take surveys, you have to set an alarm on your phone to notify you of the time.

When I first installed this app they never hit me up. I was like, what's the point? We evacuated for Hurricane Florence and they've hit me up everyday, maybe twice a day.. Ikd... IJs....

the app sometimes clears my notifications before i get a chance to see them.

I gave up trying to get the survey to work, it becomes unresponsive.

Its been great works great until Google crashed and none of my apps work

I cannot even create an account. When I go to enter a password, even when I comply to all the requirements, the popup shows up with the requirements of creating a password. So, I cannot even create my account to try the app. If you could fix this that would be great.

Notifications don't work. I've gotten 25% of them that I was sent in the last 4 days. Pretty sure this is going to mess up the study I've volunteered for. I wear a smart watch, so no excuses for me having missed them. The app is just rubbish

I cannot get this APP to stop shutting down when I need to input crucial data for a study. I need to know if someone can contact me ASAP as this data is time sensitive. Please send me a msg to help. Thanks. As of January31, 201y, NO ONE from the developer's has contacted either me of the Study coordinator in Los Angeles. I find your lack of attention to HELPING the clients who PAID FOR YOUR APP and SERVICE very very disturbing and unprofessional. As a professional, I would not recommend your APP to anyone seriously considering using your APP for data collection for University, Graduate school, Research, or any activity that needs accurate data collection from anyone. I hope you get a HUGE CLUE on what it means to create an APP that you expect others to pay for. We have all found that your lack of service and attention to these details ( i.e. IGNORING A CLIENT FOR 4 TO 5 WEEKS) is so very wrong on many levels. You have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. BUYER BEWARE!!!
