Its a great podcast, but the app wont be anything special if you already have a podcast player. If not than this is the easiest way to listen.

Good Tuesday morning, I've had relapsing/remitting M.S. since 1969. This podcast is good to learn about this disease and what might happen to a person with M.S. I've lived in 3 different nursing homes and everyone of them is different. At the age of 25 , I could not talk coherently but luckily there was a mirror in the home I was living. I retaught myself how to talk by overextending my facial muscles time and time again. I started talking again. In that same nursing home, Good Samaritan home in Evansville, In. I visited the physical therapy department daily. I was using an electric scooter called an Amigo. When I was in the PT department one of the aides encouraged me to continue trying to walk the bars. She pushed my right ankle forward a few inches and I began walking. I was happy let me tell you. Soon I was walking back and forth as many times as I could. I eventually was asked to find another place to reside. I went back home. My parents were glad to see the progress I made while I was in the home. I am a Christian and followed what I had been told: Do unto others what has been done unto you. I went back to Good Sam and volunteered for a year. It was my pleasure to do that. This is the beginning of my story. Stay strong Barbara L Tullis
